I was here a few months ago, the whole place stinks. I have reptiles and tarantulas and I’ve never seen someone be so negligent. They claim they are always watering and cleaning but when I went there was nobody doing anything except playing on their phones including the owner. The tarantulas were dehydrated and starving. It’s so easy to care for a lot of tarantulas and reptiles so I really don’t get that. It’s just mind blowing how they can treat people giving them honest reviews. Don’t give these people your money, they don’t care about their animals, just money. They had tarantulas in death curl from malnutrition and dehydration. For what? If you can’t take care of your stock of animals don’t get them. It’s simple.

We finally made it all the way to SoCA to see the physical store. And we were so disappointed. Before we saw it only on social media. To say disgusting - it says nothing. Strong death smell was coming from the store. Dirty cages with poop. The animals with no water, some of them had dirty water. The animals are in bad condition. Some cages with no properly lighting. The whole store is dirty. Some animals looks very skinny. I've never seen anything like that during all my reptile business. I didn't believe in bad reviews about this place before visiting it. But everything is true. I just don't understand what the problem is with this place. The prices are much higher than other reptile stores. If I were the owner, I would spend less time on social media and take care of the physical store and poor animals instead. Then you don't have to call real reviews fake when people tell the truth. The animals need help for sure.

This reptile place was seriously grim. The enclosures were dirty and way too small for the animals. The whole place smelled musty and like old lettuce. Several of the reptiles looked really skinny. I definitely won't be going back there. Couldn't make it through the store because of how bad it smells. There are better and cleaner reptiles store around. Wouldn't recommend coming here

Bryan is super knowledgeable very helpful always giving me knowledge and wisdom about the Reptiles’s what to do and not to do thank u every time man edit: I’ve read all the reviews and it comes to my attention that most people do not have multiple of animals that all shit and piss and eat so copying and pasting reviews is super weird and dumb if u know Bryan like I do u know that he takes care of his animals better than most pet shops Petco Petsmart’s etc I always go there morning and night and he is constantly cleaning out their enclosures so as for the smell again own multiple animals and have them shit and piss then get back to me it’s ridiculous how many people are bored and sad with their lives than they have to ruin a man’s business and reputation Bryan is the nicest and coolest dude I know out here in Cali in the Reptiles’s scene so for all the haters go **** yourself

Just walked in here, and had to leave immediately. These animals are being abused, plain and simple. The enclosures are way too small for the animals, and all of them are filled with feces. You can smell the place from outside. There was a massive tortoise in a tiny plastic bin that was filled with poop from end to end. It was clearly trying to get out of the bin. Please do not support this business.
