We have probably spent way too much money here. But still come back. Excellent choices on dog treats, and fish stuff. The whole staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I enjoy not being looked at like I’m stupid when I have a question. Their answers are always backed up and never have steered me astray! The younger folks that are working absolutely care about what they do and are always so kind and respectful when we bring our Great Dane puppy in. I do want to give a special shout-out to Ali, Ali is a wealth of information for anything aquarium related!! Ali is the key pillar of customer service and care, there have been several purchases that I have postponed until I had a chance to talk with Ali about them! Great job to all! I have quite a bit of experience with retail, it’s easy to see why these guys have been open for so long!

Mar 27, 2025 · Spencer PendrySmells bad, employees are always too busy talking to each other, always something dead, The staff are knowledgeable about some things but when it comes to bugs completely clueless things started to go downhill after Dylan left. Not impressed do better. (In response to the comment from the owner, Yes I have informed the employees, you had an albino corn snake girl was very gentle with him when cleaning him out, Madagascar hissing roaches, chameleon, tree frog) was this all at once? No... it was like once/ twice a month there was something dead looks like you guys changed out your enclosures again though so hopefully this is what the issue was. Just sucks because this used to be my main store. 😮💨
Apr 17, 2025 · Mosher 666Very poor selection, products not stocked, had to wait weeks on orders.They watched me unload my small child from her carseat, and once we walked to the front door, to make a large monthly purchase the rude women locked the door in our face. I called and was put on hold for a manager that never came to the phone. Amazon is cheaper w no attitude and way better customer service. This is no way to treat your good paying customers! Do Better we will never return

(And let me make this very clear, they do have some tanks that are under "observation") but some fish that looks like they need observation are in the mix with the others. They finally worked on their enclosures a little bit for insects and reptiles so that's a plus. Prices are a little hit/miss and they don't always have what I need. 🥲Some of the employees are super friendly though, if it wasn't for the sweet girl with the pink hair I probably would've stopped coming here awhile ago after insect guy left it's always a different vibe when I come in honestly just depends on who's running the register that day.

We have been purchasing our dog food from here for 2 years now and I have yet to see any type of benefit by their "frequent buyer" program. Today at ring out, I asked the cashier what bag number we were on, on 2 different flavors of food we feed our dog. She informed me I was on #9 on one flavor and #10 my free bag on the other. I asked her if I could obtain my free bag today and she said not without a purchase of another bag. How does that reward loyalty purchases? I purchased the required 9 bags for the 10th bag free but have to buy a new bag to receive my free bag? For one you told me my 10th bag was free but I can't claim my free bag? I also informed her we are switching our dogs food so if I was on my 10th bag of loyalty rewards I would like to obtain my free bag to mix in with the new brand we were switching over to. I was told no. Kind of frustrating. This is my only complaint with this pet store.
