Had noticed this brand on a few luxury department store websites and had no idea it was local to Raleigh until I was last minute hunting for a collar and leash for our dog Cheech to wear to our wedding. I had messaged the store through their website and immediately got a response from Gianni who helped me with sizing and style selection and confirmed she could have it ready in time for our wedding. It was actually ready a few days early. We got so many complements on it and will certainly be recommending GC to our friends and family.

There is no other dog collar that is better made, fabulously chic, and coming from the BEST company (with incredible costumer service) than Gianni Cooling. THANK YOU, Gianni Cooling, so much for Rocky's beautiful collar (and helping again with the size concern) as well as the gifts for my friend's new dog, Henry. He LOVED them (and friend did too). The quality is just outstanding, and craftsmanship is perfect. Also, the packaging it came in- WOW . . . just wonderful. Every dog needs a Gianni Cooling . . . your pet will be admired FOR SURE at the dog park. Appreciate you guys and cannot wait for my next Gianni Cooling purchase.

Gianni’s products are the highest quality, both in material and craftsmanship. We recently purchased a custom Fi collar and the Parker leash and could not be happier with this stunning set. Not only are her products fantastic, the individual service she provides to her customers is unmatched. She goes out of her way to make sure the customer’s questions are answered and always lends a hand with design choices. We can’t wait to add more Gianni to our pup’s wardrobe!

I won a collar of my choice in the Gianni Cooling Thanksgiving giveaway. I was so excited that I upgraded my dog’s Fi device to match the new collar. I knew the shop owner was busy, so reached out after the holidays to ask about an ETA. She assured me it would come soon. I followed up again and was told she forgot about me, but that she would work on the order soon. After another couple weeks, I gave up and looked for a new shop to order from. I understand the giveaway was free, but if I had received my order, I would have been a repeat customer. Especially since I’d previously purchased a Fi collar from Gianni Cooling. Everyone raves about the quality of these collars, but because of the customer service, I won’t go back. Update: The shop owner reached out to apologize. She also sent my collar, which wasn’t expected and an extra item to match, which was totally unnecessary, but very thoughtful. Although I’m bummed it took so long, I’m adjusting my shop rating from two stars to four.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I have been a loyal customer for many years. Through the years Gianni has been delayed with her orders and I continued to ordered from her. This is because her products are like no other and are high quality. I placed an order on June 30th and never received it. I contacted her multiple times and each time it was a new excuse. I continued to ‘wait’ for my products because like I said the quality is amazing. As of today 8.21 - I never received my order. After countless excuses (really I can’t even count how many) I told her to cancel my order. Within seconds it was canceled. I understand people go through things. I am going through a lot myself, but if you have a business and can’t fulfill orders then be honest with your customers. ESPECIALLY those who have ordered MANY times from you. I’m really sad that this happened and I will no longer be able to have such amazing quality collars & leashes, but unfortunately the customer service I experienced was extremely unprofessional.
