I’m not one to normally write reviews, but you all should know how great of an employee you guys have with Ryan in Aquatics. I’ve been to this location many times and each time he’s there he goes above and beyond. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and answered my many questions without a bother. I ended up buying a whole new tank system, and he helped get all of my items to the front, made sure they rang up correctly, then helped me load everything in my car. I can tell he truly cares about his job and the fish and we all know that’s not usually the case when you visit these stores! I’ll drive past 3 pet stores to come to this location! Awesome job, Ryan!

I had a wonderful experience at the Petco @ the Crossroads location in Cary, NC. HANNA was more than helpful & was very knowledgeable about everything that I asked her about my dog, which made my trip to the pet store today very stress free. I usually shop at the location in Durham because that's where I live but I will be shopping at this store more offer because I work in Cary. Hanna thanks again and I hope that this makes your day because you made mines. Excellent Customer Service!!! If I could give 10 stars I would.

I usually order online but we were having a pet emergency and I couldn't wait for shipping. They didn't have everything I needed but they had a much bigger selection than I expected and I found most of the things on my list. Best of all, the employees were so nice, especially Hannah. I was having a rough week so it was nice to find someone kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely will return (and order online) in future.

We arrived promptly 10 minutes early for our 4:55 vaccination appointment and sent a text to the number to let them know we had arrived. After a few minutes we didn't receive a response and walked into the store at 4:58. The gate was closed to the clinic and we were told we should have been earlier and that they would not uphold our puppy's appointment. I am unsure of what staff member we dealt with but she was incredibly rude towards us and said that "you should have just come inside". Our puppy is 8 weeks old and does not have vaccines, I have no reason to have an unvaccinated puppy around other dogs, that is a risk that apparently they were fine with us taking. I wish we would have just gotten a courtesy call to check in and see if we were there, could have avoided this whole mess.

We drove from Zebulon to this location because our more local stores don't carry the puppy blend of The Honest Kitchen food. 5 stars just for that, but the store was well organized and clean. Much nicer than our store out in Clayton that smells of animal urine as soon as you walk in.
