Furry Babies Aurora

I got my puppy from Furry Babies and am so grateful I did! The staff is extremely accommodating and helpful! The puppies are well cared for and you can tell they really love what they do. My boy is only 7 months and is extremely smart and sweet❤️. Thank you Furry Babies!

My partner and i recently got our sweet mini poodle from here 4 days ago. We absolutely loved her and had to take her home. Vi helped us through the process and was very accommodating. When we went to pick her up on Sunday, we did all the paper work, and finances and off we left with our sweet girl. They dressed her up in a little dress and bows and it was the cutest thing. We did however leave with no color, or no leash. The next day i went to petco to try and find something that would fit our under 3 pound girl, and i was having the hardest time. I was made aware that furry babies is suppose to give you a color and a leash when you take a puppy home, that did not happen in our case of course. I called back yesterday at 2:30 and talked to someone over the phone, i told them we didn’t get a leash or color, and they apologized, i asked if i could come in around 7:30 to pick it up and they said of course, we will be here we close at 8pm. I was running a few minutes behind and had arrived to the mall, i walk up the stairs and i was baffled to see the gates on the store already closed. It was only 7:40pm. It’s very hard for my partner and i to come out to the mall, it is 30 minutes from our house and we have very busy schedules. I am disappointed to say the least, the clock hadn’t even turned 8pm and they were already closed I gave them a 2 stars because this shouldn’t have happened, we should have got a leash and a color for our tiny baby, and also because i was told i could come in around 7:30 and they weren’t even open till 7:40 when i was told they close at 8pm We love our baby girl and vi was very helpful through our experience

Over the past year i have bought 2 puppies, honestly wasn't even thinking about buying the second one. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Isa went above and beyond for me she is wonderful. The owner, which I have never met, is extremely flexible and willing to help make sure you will walk away happy. I went back to go look at the second puppy, but the staff and the owner made sure I was able to walk out and give my husband the dog he has wanted forever.

We bought 2 Shorkie pups last year 2024 and they are amazing!! The staff and owner are the best and have been very supportive thru it all. We feel our pups were so amazing due to the loving care they received from Furry Babies Aurora! Our pups came home sweet, loving and did great with crate training. Again, they were a reflection of the awesome care they received from Furry Babies! Thank you Furry Babies for giving us 2 loving pups to our family edition!!

Our experience here was great! Jessie went above and beyond to get our Mini Schnauzer for us! There was a bit of a hiccup before we took her home but Denise and Emily did everything they could to correct the situation. I love my fur baby, Lilo🌺
