I have had nothing but good experiences with Fluker. The bugs I order are shipped fast and arrive fast. They are also good quality.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I have now received 3 orders of dead meal worms and the crickets are not in the increments they have on the website. I meant to cancel after the the second order but I forgot. That's my fault. I received the 3rd order after I reached out asking them to cancel since I never received the third order. They were " thrown out by the delivery service. " unfortunately they had already replaced the order and they sent the crickets and meal worms. The meal worms arrived dead and the "500" crickets I ordered weren't even close to 500 crickets. I sent them photos and they have been nothing but obnoxious. They refunded the meal worms but will not refund the crickets. I now have to dispute with my original form of payment. I do not recommend doing buisness with these people. Don't listen to their pathetic responses. They do not care.

I love flukers for crickets! We have 4 leporard geckos and a veil chameleon we feed regularly and buy 250 large crickets and have them delivered for less than a 100 large crickets( that are only half the size) at our local pet store. Our Mail Lady even sets them on her windshield when it’s cold to help keep them warm in the mail truck, she was happy to know they were alive this last delivery since they weren’t cheeping the whole delivery route!!

I had a wonderful first time experience. I ordered crickets and we had been snowed in over in ca. The crickets arrived alive and thriving. My frogs are very happy customers. We will be back.

Horrible service. Bought 100 of Fluker’s crickets through Chewy and all arrived dead. Chewy then reordered them as a replacement and all arrived dead. Chewy won’t allow the negative review, so I’ll do it on their actual page. I would not recommend this company for shipments.
