We are very disappointed in my dog’s last grooming experience. When we arrived for his appointment, the staff was very rude and kept mumbling rude remarks about us and our dog. When we picked up our pup, He was not completely groomed, nor did he have his teeth cleaned (like we paid and requested for). There were several spots on his fur that look to be untouched and his teeth look the exact same as when we dropped off. We were overpaid for what we got.

Jocelyn was so kind and experienced. She did a wonderful job with Chloe. I thought sure some of Chloes mattes in her tail were beyond fixable. My Chloe was calm and happy. Great care given. We are so happy.

Highly recommend! Fetch is the best grooming experience we have had for our dog who is two years old. We have tried many groomers since moving to Omaha, and Fetch is the best by far!! Our girl is groomed a lot because she’s a doodle. The environment is perfect, calm and peaceful, not like the craziness you experience at many groomers. The personal care she receives is amazing!!

The best groomer we have ever had. Professional, dependable and very reasonably priced. If you care a lot about your dog and want that dog to be in very capable hands for grooming, Fetch is definitely the way to go.

We had a great first experience at Fetch last week. Alyssa did a wonderful job with our standard poodle’s groom. We had a rough end to 2022 as a family and his grooming schedule was thrown way off - Alyssa listened to my goals for him and was gracious about getting him back on track. He came out so happy and looks amazing! Truly happy about how quickly she was able to transform him from a floof ball into a handsome poodle.
