I needed to get a cockatiel (EMERGENCY) and call several pet stores just when I was ready to give up. I came across Empire. I explained to Jason the dilemma I had and needed get a cockatiel ASAP. I gave him the description of the color I needed. And within minutes he was able to find me what I wanted. I recently purchased a green cheek conure, and it’s been the best experience I’ve ever had getting a bird! He truly cares for his birds, and it shows in the exceptional quality and care he provides. My conure is the sweetest, healthiest bird I could have hoped for, and he adjusted so quickly to her new home. He was knowledgeable and patient throughout the process, answering all of my questions and giving me great advice on care and even training him. It’s clear that he prioritizes the well-being of his birds above all else. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, and I definitely plan on purchasing more birds from him in the future!
