They have a great selection of fish and coral. The displays are always clean and look healthy. Everything I have bought from them has done well in my tank. Great customer service. Even if you see something in one of their many grow out tanks and are interested, they will work with you. They have either let me know when something will be available or offered me a small piece of what I was looking for. (I appreciate stuff like that

Coral Logic Aquarium LLC Introduce

Welcome to the local introduction of Coral Logic Aquarium LLC, situated at 7860 Gate Pkwy #108, Jacksonville, FL 32256, USA. Operating under the "Pet Store Near Me" category, Coral Logic Aquarium LLC appears to specialize in saltwater aquariums, offering a selection of marine fish and corals. Based on the available customer reviews, this introduction aims to provide local users with an objective overview of their potential environment, services, and features, while also acknowledging mixed customer experiences.

According to one positive review, Coral Logic Aquarium LLC boasts a "great selection of fish and coral." This suggests that customers can expect to find a variety of marine life suitable for saltwater tanks, potentially catering to different preferences and reef aquarium setups. The same reviewer also notes that the "displays are always clean and look healthy," indicating a focus on maintaining a healthy environment for their livestock, which is a crucial aspect for any reputable aquarium store. This clean and healthy environment can provide customers with confidence in the quality of the animals they are purchasing.

In terms of services, Coral Logic Aquarium LLC seems to go beyond simply selling livestock. One customer appreciated their "great customer service," highlighting their willingness to work with customers even on items in their "grow out tanks." This suggests a level of engagement and accommodation that can be beneficial for hobbyists looking for specific or less readily available specimens. The examples provided, such as informing customers about availability or offering a small piece of coral, indicate a customer-centric approach in some instances.

The positive experiences extend to the health of the purchased livestock, with one reviewer stating that "everything I have bought from them has done well in my tank." This suggests that Coral Logic Aquarium LLC generally offers healthy and well-acclimated specimens that have a good chance of thriving in established home aquariums, provided proper care is maintained.

However, it is essential to consider a more detailed negative review that outlines a significant issue with a recent purchase. This customer bought several specimens, including a goby/shrimp pair, which died within 24 hours despite proper acclimation procedures. Upon returning to the store with the deceased fish and water samples, the customer was informed that the death was due to a slight difference in salinity levels between their tank and the store's tanks. The customer disputed this explanation, citing independent testing that showed a minimal and generally acceptable difference in salinity, and received what they perceived as dismissive behavior from the "manager" when seeking a replacement (not a refund). This incident raises concerns about the store's customer service in handling livestock issues and the accuracy of their explanations regarding fish health.

The negative review also mentions a prior experience with a difficult-to-use water testing kit sold by the store, which the store's staff reportedly did not even use themselves. This adds another layer of concern regarding product recommendations and potentially the level of practical advice offered.

Despite the negative experiences, the customer in the detailed review indicated a willingness to continue shopping there if the "manager" had shown some interest in understanding why the fish died. This suggests that the store has aspects that appeal to customers, such as their selection, but that improvements in customer service, particularly in addressing livestock health issues, could significantly enhance the overall customer experience.

Regarding specific "features," Coral Logic Aquarium LLC appears to offer a "great selection of fish and coral," which is a primary draw for saltwater aquarium enthusiasts. The presence of "grow out tanks" suggests a commitment to cultivating corals and potentially acclimating fish, which can be beneficial for the quality and health of their livestock. The willingness of staff to engage with customers about items in these grow out tanks indicates a potential feature of personalized interaction and access to a wider range of specimens.

However, the conflicting customer service experiences highlight the importance of consistency in this area. While some customers report great service and a willingness to accommodate, others have experienced dismissive behavior when addressing issues with livestock health. This inconsistency can significantly impact a customer's overall perception of the store.

The mention of selling a difficult-to-use testing kit that the staff does not utilize themselves could be seen as a negative feature, suggesting a potential disconnect between the products offered and the practical advice provided.

Regarding "promotional information," the provided data does not contain any specific details about current sales, discounts, or special offers at Coral Logic Aquarium LLC. Aquarium stores often have promotions on specific corals, fish, or dry goods, especially around holidays or during special events. To learn about any current promotions or to inquire about pricing and availability, local users should contact Coral Logic Aquarium LLC directly at (904) 551-6528 or +1 904-551-6528. They may also have a social media presence or website where they announce sales or new arrivals.

In conclusion, Coral Logic Aquarium LLC in Jacksonville, FL, offers a seemingly good selection of saltwater fish and corals in a clean and healthy environment. Some customers have reported positive experiences with their customer service and the quality of the livestock. However, a detailed negative review raises concerns about their handling of livestock health issues and the consistency of their customer service. Potential local users should weigh these mixed experiences and may want to visit the store to assess the environment and interact with the staff directly. Contacting them for information on current stock and any promotions is also recommended. While they may offer a good selection of marine life, ensuring a positive and supportive customer service experience, especially when issues arise, appears to be an area for potential improvement based on the available feedback.

Had bought several specimens from them over past month. Corals, inverts, fish. No problems all still healthy and thriving. Picked up a goby/shrimp pair on black Friday, floated bag for temp adjustment and then drip acclimated for approx 1hr to adjust them slowly. Next morning, goby was dead on bottom of sand bed. Took back to store with water and was told died because salt was higher than their tanks. Mine supposedly 1.028, and they keep theirs 1.024. (I tested b4 going at 1.026. Both acceptable ranges. To tell me that killed the fish is absolutely ridiculous and insulting. Took water to other locations and strangly they got same as me. In addition to both saying that .04 difference wouldn't have killed healthy fish, let alone in 24hrs. Bottom line, brought back fish that died in less than 24hrs for replacement not refund. Was rejected on the false premise of salinity difference. Challenged this premise and was answered with eye rolls and shoulder shrugs. Unfortunately, for them, while waiting for water to be tested for 30min, I had picked out some additional corals to add to my system as well as a new DC wave pump totaling around $300. Instead left store with only my dead fish. I would probably still continue to shop there if there was any kind of interest shown by the "manager" as to how or why fish may have died. I should have stopped going after being sold an $80 red sea foundation kit for testing water. Most difficult kit on the market to use. So difficult that they don't even use it.

Taylor has been an absolute godsend with a wealth of knowledge. We have recently dove head first into multiple saltwater aquariums and Taylor has been there every step of the way to answer any questions we had on corals and fish. Taylor is an asset to Coral Logic and we will continue to drive out of our way to visit them.

Maybe it's because I've only shopped for salt water fish in landlocked states, but these prices are incredible. Huge selection, prices are great, fish are healthy, and the corals are beyond amazing. If this store has a flaw, it would be that the tanks for the fish are pretty bare and there's nowhere for the fish to hide or interact with their environment. However, being that this is a store and they probably have to keep the tanks pretty sterile so they can be easily cleaned should a sick fish come in, I would count this more of an industry problem than one unique to this store.

Just stopped by one day and was very pleased! The staff was very warm hearted and the coral choices were plentiful! I do not personally have a saltwater tank but after visiting here I am considering getting one for my self! Very neat place to stop by for 10-15 minutes to just browse as well!
