Best customer experience, best service and top tier quality products— Alina is such an angel, we placed order last minute for Cooper’s birthday, didn’t expect everything to be done on time, it was such a miracle that Alina not only finished the birthday cake, and all the cupcakes within half a day and all of them are perfect! She even delivered them in person, that is truly amazing. I cannot be more grateful for her wonderful store and fantastic service. Strongly recommend her and her store to any pet owners who love their furry babies and also appreciate great treats with best quality for them.

Absolutely my highest recommendation! First and foremost, I must say that finding a pet bakery in New York is a true challenge, but after hours of research, I discovered Axel & Tia’s Pet Bakery. From that moment on, I was never disappointed. I was on the hunt for a birthday cake for my pup. We had never ordered a cake before, but it was 5 years anniversary, and we decided to host a birthday party. Despite not being fond of other dogs, my pup adores humans – after all, humans can get him food, and he’s a true hedonist when it comes to food – he lives for it. Their website was a bit confusing regarding delivery and pick-up options, I guess due to a bug during checkout. However, they provide a phone number, and Alina promptly responded. She was incredibly helpful, and I was able to place my order in just a few minutes. In addition to the cake, I couldn’t resist adding some donuts to the order because they looked so delicious. The cake turned out fabulous. All my friends had an “aww” moment when they saw it. But the happiest of all was my pup. First, he licked all the icing, and then he wanted to devour the entire cake in one go. I had to cut a piece for him, and even then, he managed to gulp it down in one bite. He absolutely loved it! The donuts were beautiful too! I joked that I might give them to my partner for breakfast, but someone (my pup) was already doing a little dance to get a piece. It’s also very important to note that they use organic ingredients. I feed my pup homemade food and find it crucial to buy the highest quality produce. Overall, my experience was extremely positive. Alina was so helpful throughout the entire process. I appreciated that there was no need for a three-week notice to place and order. Also, their pick-up location was a bit far for me, but we arranged for me to call an Uber, and Alina placed the order in the car. It worked perfectly, saving me time and ensuring the cake arrived in perfect condition. I will wholeheartedly recommend Axel & Tia’s Pet Bakery to all my friends & my whole building full of dogs.
