Animal House Pet Shop

The staff members are truly amazing and incredibly helpful. They possess a wealth of knowledge about their products and are always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. What stood out to me the most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. When I encountered any issue, the team was quick to address them and ensure everything was resolved promptly. The shop just got better! Employees are pretty educated when it comes to aquariums. They have a variety of fish selection, a selection of little kitten, and reptiles! They have birds too! The shop is clean, it's wheelchair accessible and parking lot is free. The shop is located at a Plaza! They have great price!

The reptiles are on a decent substrate and have uvb. They didn’t look sick or super stressed. I didn’t see any physical signs of poor health, and the legless lizard and leopard geckos interacted with me. I inquired about a centipede and they told me a lot about his temperament. I ended up purchasing him and he appears to be as described. My only real criticism is that I would appreciate seeing the ball pythons having more enrichment in their tanks, but they could have been brand new arrivals

Great little shop! They have a large variety packed into that little store. Loved the fish room! They had an awesome selection and I loved that they offer bundle pricing! When you're buying 30+ fish it adds up quickly. They even took some of my old fish I was wanting to re-home. Staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning

I visited this pet shop on Monday and was wanting to see if they had rabbits or rats for sale and they did! They looked healthy and well fed but the only issues I have with the place is that they were kept in small cages, I would've preferred to see a nice big pen with everything decked out and easily accessible for the buns but I do realize that the space they have is limited. I forget the ages of the buns but I do know that they are mature enough to sell just by the way they looked and how big they were, although I'd love to know if they are above or below 6 months of age since I'm currently buying supplies for a bun and would love to buy one.
