I recently had to switch vet's, because of distance only, and was referred to Dr. Patel by several neighbors. We had a very good experience and they treated my boys with patience and handled them with kid gloves.

It was our very first puppy appointment with our new little girl Maggie, and the staff there were extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and concerns. We love it there! Highly recommend.

Worst experience with a vet so far. They didn’t know how to pick up or handle a cat. I told them how to hold him and they covered him with a towel to pick him up. They brought my cat back in a muzzle which I have never seen. They shaved part under his neck without warning me, I’m guessing for a blood test. I asked about building a custom diet for my cat because I want them to be healthy and they said they don’t recommend. They recommended kibble when there are so many studies on how this is awful for cats. They were not transparent with the cost of service when I showed them how much coverage I had and told me it would be covered. I asked about fecal testing and urine analysis because I had coverage but they said they don’t need it. Yet the email I received recommended it. To top it all off it was one of the most expensive vets I have been too. Just awful I am never coming back

Dr. Patel is a very nice veterinarian he took good care of my 2 cats (babies) for their whole life. Only 4 stars because they got busy and more expensive since moving to Levittown.

The front office staff are incompetent liars. Make sure you record your conversations and who you are talking to. Went here to euthanize my baby and the staff had no regard for the sensitive time. Completely wrote down lies and the dr cancelled my appointment a hour before. The head technician was a witch and needs to be fired for the way she talks to people. Also it took 3 days to get an answer and when I did I was placed on hold and they never came back. Had to send someone there to book the appointment. Never returning. Would not recommend.
