Wintermere Pointe Animal Hospital

My boy Peanut Butter is always taken care of with so much love at Wintermere Pointe. He has some anxiety when going to the vet but the techs are always so sweet to him and give him the same cuddles and love that I do. Dr. Santiago is amazing and is so helpful with answering any questions I have. We are usually in and out in 30 mins max. I’m so grateful we found this vet after adopting our boy and I recommend it to everyone we know. I also find it to be very reasonably priced! Thank you for taking such good care of my bubba

After hopping around to find the vet that was best for my 2 fur kids, I finally found them! Office staff treats you like family and the vet was awesome, they don’t try to push any unnecessary services. I liked that he actually took time to address any concerns or questions I had. They’re also affordable! And Thanks for taking great care of my boy today, as always. :)

Reception staff was super friendly. the nurse was very dedicated and clear. Doctor Santiago payed close attention to detail and was very patient. In conclusion, everyone was super loving to my dog. Im very greatful and would 100% reccomend.

Dr. Santiago and his staff took such great care of our Riley through a very challenging year of chronic pancreatitis and other old dog issues. We moved from Orlando up to NC - but one of the things we miss the most is Wintermere Pointe! We are so grateful for their care and efforts to help us through everything!

Terrible vet. We didn't even see the doctor that everyone raves about. We saw someone that is a traveling vet or something. They did exrays on our dog , she showed us them on her CELL PHONE! We asked repeatedly to send us the xrays and they couldn't because there system can't do that. That's awesome! I guess our dogs xrays are still stored on the traveling vets cell phone. The traveler vet gave us a script for our dog and it was time for a refill. They said they couldn't send a refill until they do blood work on our dog. OK but we gave them the blood work from our previous vet. I guess they lost them along with the xrays. There is so much more but way to long to continue. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. COMPLETE SCAM . WE NEED HELP TRYING TO FIND THE TRAVELING SO CALLED VET SO WE CAN HOPEFULLY GET OUR XRAYS FROM HER CELL PHONE AND GET TO A REAL DOCTOR TO HELP OUR LOVED ONE.
