Everyone at Windermere is amazing! The front desk ladies are very welcoming and friendly. Nikki has groomed our dog for the last 3 years and has done a fantastic job every time- highly recommend bringing your pets to Windermere for all their grooming needs!

It was Friday afternoon. My dog’s health was rapidly declining, and after a call to Windermere, they worked her into the schedule to see the doctor within 30 minutes of my call. The doctor said she needed immediate surgery, but instead of sending me to another emergency animal hospital, he cleared his schedule, and the wonderful staff worked together like a dream team to help with my “little girl.” She is now back to full health, and we are deeply grateful to the entire team at Windermere.❤️ I also want to give a shoutout to the groomers at Windermere. They always do a fantastic job, making her look so adorable!

I recently took my two puppies to this vet and was really impressed by the great staff and service. The doctor was fantastic, and the team was super friendly and caring. I did have an issue with billing, where I was charged for the exams even though the website mentioned a free exam for new clients. However, they quickly resolved the issue once I brought it to their attention. It’s clear they truly care about pets and their clients. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a vet who goes the extra mile!

Our pets have come here for YEARS, and we have always had good experiences! They love on your animals like their own, it’s amazing to know they get fabulous care even when you’re not at the facility with them. Couldn’t recommend them more! Love Dr Arnold!
