Best vet office ever! I cannot recommend Wilsonville Vet Clinic highly enough! I have never had a bad experience & have been coming here for years with multiple pets. Every single tech & vet is incredible & amazing with the animals. They’ve gone through speciality training to make sure the exam room is a calming & safe space for everyone. I have a very, very anxious dog & every time we pull up, she starts making noise & can’t wait to get out to see everyone. Again: highly, highly recommend:)))

Feb 28, 2025 · Chelsea DjuricicThe very first time I came to Wilsonville Vet Clinic was in 2018 for a drop off appointment for my show dog to see Dr Lopate, the repro specialist for an exam and workup. I was sure she (the dog) had symptoms of pyometra with some odd discharge and the only availability they had at the clinic was for an all day drop off appointment, where I'd be there at 7:30am to drop my dog off with the surgical patients and sometime throughout the day my dog would be examined and treated if needed and then I'd pick her up at the end of the day. I was already anxious about leaving my cherished companion at an unfamiliar vet clinic but added to it serious concern that I might be receiving a call that my dog's show career was over before it had even really started. At the end of the day, Dr Lopate called me to let me know she did a full workup and didn't find anything amiss with my dog's reproductive tract. She did find a raging UTI and explained the discharge I had seen was a combination of UTI-related urine dribbles mixed probably with dirt picked up from our backyard to give it its brownish purulent cast. Truthfully a relief to know it was *just* a UTI and very treatable. Anxious to pick up my dog at the end of the day, I arrived at the clinic 30 minutes before I was told to and waited quietly in the waiting room. When I arrived, Dr Lopate was practicing loose leash walking (with treats) with my dog in the hallway on the other side of the waiting/reception area. She was genuinely enjoying the time with my dog, and my dog was very obviously genuinely enjoying her time with Dr Lopate. My anxiety about leaving her at this clinic melted away in that moment and I could have cried with relief and joy to see the doctor form a connection with my dog as an individual in the same way that I did every day. For many these days, trust in veterinary care is earned, not given freely. And that day, Dr Lopate earned my trust from me. We have a saying in our little circle of friends who are Dr Lopate clients that goes, "If Dr Lopate can't get them pregnant then nobody can." I now have four beautiful and delightful companions from four different breedings- each breeding with its own reproductive challenges- who exist only because Dr Lopate helped them come to be. I am most grateful for her commitment to exceptional care and compassionate education; as well as endlessly grateful for the dogs that so deeply enrich my own life and for their siblings that enrich the lives of their owners.
Aug 26, 2024 · Jordanne MarggiI had already let this whole situation go but the lady that owns this clinic who is also the head vet, her name is Cheryl, just won’t stop pushing at my beloved animals expense, so here we go…. I highly recommend you avoid this vet. It’s really really unfortunate because the staff is the best. They are all amazing! But the decision maker…the main vet…has an ego issue - she simply can’t be wrong. I’m sure you’ve dealt with doctors like that before - they don’t listen - they are cold - and you feel helpless trying to change their mind. Cheryl, you and I are the only ones who know the truth of what unfolded. How you denied prescribing my cat a non-narcotic prescription who was having multiple seizures back to back to back in a week (falling off furniture and hurting himself) to try and force us to spend thousands on unnecessary and physically dangerous tests, after spending around 1k revealing perfect blood work. How you knew nothing about Persian genetics and how they often have seizure disorders. How you publicly tried to respond to my old review saying you’d help us…while behind the scenes denying a refill of said medication to treat a life threatening need. I deleted the first review I left here because I felt bad, and I thought I’d extend a helping hand and squash it. Then she turns around and denies my cats seizure med refill? I hope the time I am taking to share this experience helps someone avoid the same scenario.
Dec 14, 2024 · Daniel GrimesWilsonville Vet truly cares about every individual patient. I always feel like I’m the only person there when they help us. They’re patient and do a great job of following up on Check in’s.
Feb 06, 2025 · Lindsay NewmanUpdate; My dog has seen Dr. Tepper the most and he is awesome, super knowledgeable, gives many options. I also really like that he’s gotten on the floor too with my pup and shes not a small pup. I’m so glad I decided to bring my pup Daisy back here. They have called to check in on my pup after the two times she’s gotten cytopoint to see how she’s doing. That means a lot to me. I look forward to continuing to work with your amazing staff for continued care of my pup.
