The staff here is really professional. They take care of your fur/feather baby as well as take appropriate time to answer all your questions and concerns. They are very knowledgeable and down to earth no holier then thou or "I know better then you" attitude. They treat you like family and meet you where you are at as well as take excellent care of your animal. They clearly communicate cost before administrating the care needed and take time to educate why they recommend the service or care. I love this place can not recommend them enough. Dr. Jill is very educated, professional, personable, and caring.

Mar 26, 2025 · Whit S.My dog was shot by a neighbor, the doctor was absolutely wonderful. They worked with the money I had and my dog is alive today. Thank you so much for helping us. My dog means the world to me. I advise anyone in this area to go here.
May 09, 2025 · Teresa DagleyWe had just got a fence put up in our backyard yesterday. Not even an hour later our pittie was running full force with the zoomies and stopped next to me holding her back leg up. We called and got a same day appointment. Jill was fast, courteous and explained in detail that Reign basically tore the ligament in her knee. They gave her an updated rabies shot, anti inflammatory, muscle relaxer and pain meds. We are waiting to see if this helps and Jill gave us the option for two surgical routes and explained that if Reign does heal, there is a chance of reoccurrence. I know this will be both of our fur babies new vet from now on. We’ve never had an injury with either of our dogs and I was assured that this is common injury. We will definitely be back. The staff were amazing as well as Jill. Thank you for easing our fears and taking care of our fur baby.
Feb 15, 2025 · Savannah DucharmeMy panther chameleon, Lugosi, has been struggling with eye issues recently. I was frantically seeking a vet to see him 2 weeks ago, and we were recommended to Wild Things. We have been twice, and have been thoroughly impressed with both visits. They’ve been able to get us in same day for both visits! This is probably one of the cleanest clinics I’ve ever been to, and all members of the staff are knowledgeable, kind, passionate, and informative. I was given multiple options for care, and was able to make an informed decision for Lugosi. Considering the exotic nature of my pet, the price is more than fair. I would highly recommend Wild Things AH to all of my fellow reptile parents! 🖤
Apr 29, 2024 · Amber DeanI brought my dog to this clinic for the first time for a yearly appointment along with other concerns. While at this appointment, my dog had an X-Ray. I was told we would have the results the next day. Four days later and I finally got in contact with Dr. Jill Reidelberger and she stated that she got patients mixed up and forgot to call. She was kind on the phone and apologetic. At my previous vet, when my dog was seen for a yearly visit, I did not have to specifically request shots. After speaking with the vet tech, she informed me that I have to ask for shots. She was willing to administer the shots at that appointment. When the tech pulled up his records to see what shots he needed, I realized they uploaded a different dogs shot records on his profile, so they didn’t even know what shots he needed. Thankfully I had a copy of his records so they could fix their error. The vet tech was patient and willing to help fix the mistake. When they brought my dog back to administer those shots, I over heard staff complaining that I did not specifically request shots. I understand each clinic runs differently; however, being a new client this could have been explained better. Overall, the staff was mostly pleasant; however, I am hesitant to recommend this clinic due to lack of attention to detail (mixing up shot records and forgetting to call with results).
