The place is nice! But that obviously goes on our bill. We don't care what the building looks like! We want good service! If you don't have money issues then you are fine here. But they find any things to over charge here! After they billed me, they admitted they knew what the issue was, bc my cat had a fever. But still charged me over $400 unnecessary fees, bc they said they "just wanted to DBL check to be safe". Even tho I pleaded with them to help save money. Bc I was using my rent money to fix my pet. But they still didn't care and over charged me! I wouldn't recommend coming here!

Mar 27, 2025 · Ryno Customz X88I wanted to give this clinic a fair review because I believe in supporting local veterinary services, but unfortunately, my experiences here have been frustrating. While I appreciate the staff’s friendliness, I feel that the quality of care does not match the prices they charge. For a routine wellness exam, I was charged $120, which is nearly double the national average. The vet spent about two minutes briefly feeling my cat and looking in his ears before sending us on our way. I had to actively ask questions to get any information about my cat’s health instead of the vet offering insights proactively. It felt like I had to pull information out of them rather than them providing thorough guidance. We later had to take our cat in again for concerns about his digestive system and eye discharge. My fiancé took him this time, and while we appreciate that they prescribed medication, they did not volunteer any instructions or explanations—he had to ask how to administer everything himself. It felt like we weren’t being properly guided on how to care for our pet. To make matters worse, we were quoted $350 for a visit that included a stool sample and eye drops, which felt excessively high for the level of care provided. While we understand veterinary care can be expensive, these prices seem disproportionately high considering the minimal time and effort put into the exams. I’m writing this not to be harsh, but to advise other pet owners to be aware of the pricing structure here and the level of communication you may receive. If you’re someone who wants a vet who is proactive in explaining things and providing thorough care, this might not be the best fit. I hope this clinic takes this feedback into account and works on improving their transparency and patient education.
Feb 28, 2025 · Madeleine HaleyWestown has been wonderful to our Olivia! Prompt, courteous, and careful. They put her ( and us) at ease with their gentle and professional treatment.
Jan 31, 2025 · Bob KWhen I found them for my new dog, Bailey, I was interested. Bailey is very nervous among new people and they are great with her. They take their time and gain her trust. I have already recommended them to my parents and I would recommend them to anyone.
Mar 27, 2025 · Shannon YoungI take my guniea pig here. The vet tech Jen was phenomenal and super friendly. The vet is knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I'm happy I found an exotic vet who actually cares about the animal. There were some tests they wanted to do but I asked if we could just do the antibiotics and see how things progress. The vet was very understanding and said yes. I highly recommend if you are looking for an exotic vet.
