Had the best experience! The location was clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The doctor is straightforward and understanding. Took my pup in due to an ear infection. Doc gave me meds, explained things I can do to avoid future infections as well as shared information about poodle’s digestive system I needed to be aware of that no other vet has mentioned. So grateful!

The best vet we've ever had. He's quick and to the point. No price gouging here. He lays it out and lets you decide what you want. He doesn't force unnecessary tests and in my opinion is lower in cost than the other vets I have used. The wait is not bad also...can actually be fast some days. I highly recommend.

Dr Jiao is quick and honest. As fast as he sees your pet, he’s also thorough. It’s impressive. Vets are expensive in general but he doesn’t try to upsell you or give you options that are irrelevant to your pets health. My pet doesn’t like going to the vet, it’s stressful for them so I can appreciate the efficiency. My pets health has been improved since seeing Dr Jiao which I’m grateful for.

We have been using Dr. Jaio since 2015 and cannot thank him for all the time, patience, and expertise on behalf of our sweet Bella. She has pushed through many hardships thanks to your expert care and outlived many illnesses because of you. No matter how challenging her health got, we could always turn to you for help, answers, and advice. Dr. Jaio made time for us even when he was not working during her final days. Bella had cushings disease, pancreatitus, enlarged heart, a collapsed treachea, seizures and a mast cell tumor. She outlived all of these illnesses and passed at 16 thanks to you. We are also grateful for the care we recieved from his staff. They work hard and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable especially during emergencies and hard times. I was never worried to leave Bella knowing she had the best care.
