I LOVE THE MOBILE VET!!! JAZZY, has been a patient for 4 years (2020-present). Mesha (Pitbull Terrier) and I moved from Las Vegas to Georgia in 2014. I was given a referral from a dog lover. DR. MARSELI helped Mesha live comfortably before she passed. Prices are incredibly reasonable. TAKE YOUR FURRY BABY! I KNOW YOUR FURRY WILL LOVE YOU!!!

My heart has been CRUSHED. Everyone who currently takes their pet to Dr. Houssam Marseli of West GA Mobile Vet, or are considering using him, BEWARE! Let me explain: My husband and I had been taking our cats to Dr. Houssam Marseli for many years for annual vaccines and never had a complaint. This last March of 2024 I had a conversation with Dr. Houssam via text. (He states on his website that this is the best way to communicate with him) I explained to him we were having difficulties finding someone who would shave the mats off of our long haired cat 'Ranger'. We were not seeking for him to be groomed but relieved of his condition. We were assured that their team could take care of this for us. We were instructed to make sure Ranger did not have food or water after midnight and be sure to arrive in the morning. This is what we did. They sedated him and shaved the mats off. Ranger felt like a new cat! We were relieved because we had such a hard time finding someone who could do it right away. Fast forward to September 2024. We had another instance with Ranger where he became matted after rolling around in some form of 'hitchhikers' or 'briars'. He was miserable and does not take to brushing well at all. Again, we reached out via text to Dr. Houssam about the situation and he instructed us as before. I arrived the next morning and the tech took Ranger into the van. She turned right around and came back out with him. She explained that Dr. Houssam refused to take Ranger. Stating that they did not do this service and that they had never done this in the past. The vet tech argued with him saying that he was mistaken as she was the one that shaved him back in March. She remembered it clear as day. I was in disbelief. I shared with her our conversation the day before. The tech said she was with him as we were texting and knew we were coming in that morning. She also stated "Some days he is impossible to work with". I left in tears, shaking terribly and could not believe what just happened. How could he be so unprofessional, insensitive and deceptive, leaving Ranger in distress. After all of these years of recommending him to my family and friends his TRUE COLORS were REVEALED. Please proceed with caution. I ended up taking Ranger to Dogwood Veterinary up the road and they immediately took care of him. Dr.Houssam Marseli you should be ASHAMED of yourself.

My baby Kaizer had a really really bad skin condition, but with the help of Dr. Marseli and his team, his skin looks much better. He went above and beyond to make sure my baby got the best care. My family has been using him for a long time, all of our fur babies see him. Thank you all so much🙏🏽🐶
