The services offered at a pet hospital are paramount to ensuring the health and well-being of your pets. Based on the available customer reviews, Walking On The Moon Animal Hospital appears to offer a spectrum of veterinary services. One reviewer specifically mentioned a successful ACL repair surgery performed on their dog by a Dr. Moore. This indicates that the hospital is equipped to handle surgical procedures. Furthermore, the same review highlights the provision of end-of-life care, suggesting a compassionate approach to supporting pet owners during difficult times. The mention of immediate testing for a pet's health issues, in contrast to another vet's inaction, points towards a proactive and diagnostic approach to veterinary medicine at this hospital.

Features that set a pet hospital apart can be significant for pet owners. The recurring theme of compassion and caring individuals within the reviews suggests that a key feature of Walking On The Moon Animal Hospital is its staff's dedication to animal welfare and client support. The positive feedback regarding Dr. Moore's thoroughness in diagnosis and the overall caring nature of the team implies a patient-centric approach. Additionally, the mention of "amazing" and "much cheaper" pricing compared to vets in the Auburn area indicates that affordability might be a significant feature for budget-conscious pet owners in the region.

However, it is important to present a balanced perspective based on all available information. One review expresses extreme dissatisfaction and alleges a significant loss due to unprofessional care, specifically mentioning a Dr. Moore. This review claims the loss of a dog and puppies, followed by a refusal for a refund. This starkly contrasts with the positive experience shared by another customer. It is crucial for potential clients to consider all feedback and perhaps seek further clarification or information if they have specific concerns.

Considering these contrasting viewpoints, it's evident that experiences at Walking On The Moon Animal Hospital can vary. The positive review emphasizes successful surgical outcomes, proactive diagnostics, compassionate care, and affordable pricing. This suggests that for some pet owners, the hospital provides valuable and cost-effective services. On the other hand, the negative review raises serious concerns about the standard of care and the handling of critical situations. As an objective introduction, it's important to acknowledge both positive and negative feedback to allow local users to form their own informed opinions.

Promotional information is not explicitly available in the provided data. However, the positive review indirectly promotes the hospital by highlighting its affordability compared to other clinics in the vicinity. This could be a significant draw for pet owners looking for quality care without exorbitant costs. The mention of Dr. Moore in both a positive and negative light underscores his potential significance within the practice, though the conflicting experiences warrant careful consideration.

In conclusion, Walking On The Moon Animal Hospital in Union Springs, AL, is a local pet hospital that has garnered both praise and criticism from its clients. While one customer lauded the compassionate care, effective treatments like ACL repair, thorough diagnostics, and affordable pricing, another expressed a devastating experience with alleged unprofessionalism and significant loss. I cannot recommend this vet enough! Dr. Moore did an ACL repair on my dog and eventually provided her end of life care. He also immediately did testing to see what was going on with her when she had issues that presented when another vet just shrugged the issue off and offered no testing. These are the most compassionate, honest, and caring people! The pricing is amazing, so much cheaper than vets in the Auburn area. I won’t ever take any pet of mine anywhere else!!!

These vets and staff rock. They are like family. I take ALL my dogs to them. The service is amazing. There is 1 receptionist that I don't care for, though. She makes making an appointment irritating. Other than that the staff is amazing.

Dr Moore and the entire staff is awesome. They have taken care of 6 of our animals and we wouldn’t take them anywhere else. They always explain what’s going on and spends as much time as needed with us. I live in Cartersville Ga and Dr Moore will be our forever vet.
