Vistancia Animal Hospital

Gail and Melissa were the first to wrangle my fiery panther of a kitty, Freya. She is a hell cat at the vet to say the least and they did their best with her. She will likely need to be on a sedative when she comes back for her safety but they handled her the best they could and miraculously enough, didn't get hurt in the process, nor did Freya even though I'm sure Freya tried to take those ladies out. Mochi does very well for them but it's comforting to know that with Freya, they won't push her past her limits. They respect her and do their best while giving her the space she needs. The picture is of the two kitties after their visit but not of the actual clinic. Next visit I'll update the review with pictures of the lobby.

I am a new large dog owner with lots of questions. Dr. Long quickly made our Komondor puppy feel comfortable. Exam was efficient and not hurried. Office staff was also very pleasant and helpful. I was able to send questions by email and those were promptly responded too as well. Very friendly and patient-oriented office.

Dr. Long and Lexi, along with all staff, kindly gave Rich and I practical options with reasonable estimates to save our Wolfie from his seizures. After a few days of probing we made the difficult decision to put Wolfie down. We appreciate how much staff dedicated in time and energy to make us and our 9 year-old poodle/chihuahua comfortable throughout the entire process assessing longevity, quality of life and less suffering. After Wolfie had passed, Dr. Long followed up and reassured us in our decision, evidence of Vistancia's compassion and empathy in all that they do.

I’m so blessed to have Vistancia animal hospital take care of my newest fur baby edition JADE, they’ve been absolutely wonderful with all my pets. I highly recommend their services all the vet technicians and assistance are caring and patient.

The best vet staff I have ever experienced. I had to come in for 2 euthanasias within 4 months of each other and staff was nothing but empathetic and kind. 🤍 pictures of my babies 🤍 Editing to update: after about a year from having to euthanize 2 of my animals, I brought my smaller pup Jellybean, in to get her mouth worked on. Staff here is still amazing, kind, and always understanding 🤍 Linda helped me most recently and informed me on everything again before jellybean got her work done. 🤍

We just found this place as our past vet office had closed. The staff here did a wonderful job to make sure that my fear-prone fur baby was put at ease. They were gentle yet provided guidance to what she and I should do to help the appointment go smoothly. From our check-in at the front desk to the clinic room with the vet tech and doctor, we were so happy with the care we received. We look forward to establishing care here for the rest of my sweet little girl's life. Thank you Vistancia Animal Hospital for all that you do!
