I just want to say a huge thank you to the incredible staff that saved Dozer’s life. My boyfriend and I instantly felt at ease while talking to Dr. Macfarland about his emergency surgery. Dr. Bork and the staff did an incredible job, they kept us up to date on exactly how he was doing post-op and during recovery. Our boy is our whole world, and the compassion and care we received for our big guy is hard to find other places. I cannot recommend this practice enough. Thank you for getting our beloved family member back to us. As a vet tech myself, I knew he was in great hands ❤️ keep being the positivity we need in vet med. Dozer sends lots of kisses and tail wags

Jan 05, 2025 · Julianna PolitoWe had an issue with our 7 month old puppy that required vet intervention. I called this vet clinic and they were able to see us in 1 hour. Everyone was so caring and kind. The office is also very upfront and honest with treatment options as well as giving you a price for what they recommend or offer . The staff and the Veterinarian were top notch. Thank you for helping in a time of need and making our pup feel so much better
May 11, 2025 · julie smithAcouple nights ago, my dog started to decline rapidly from K/D. I had known for sometime that eventually her body would fail her and I would have to make the impossible decision to let her go. I panicked and scheduled an emergency visit, looking for a second opinion and maybe another treatment option. After examing her and reviewing her labs they walked me through the extent of her condition and explained my options. Unfortunately in the end I knew I had to let her go. I cannot thank them enough for helping me and Dolly. They made a heartbreaking situation bearable. They were so incredibly knowledgeable, respectful and, compassionate. The entire time they loved on my dog and showered her with attention in her last couple hours and they gave me plenty of time to make hard decisions. While I miss my dog terribly, because of them I have the peace of mind I made the right decision. I will be forever grateful for the 3 people working the evening shift on 4/23/25. I don't remember their names (because I was too upset at the time to focus on much else) but I do remember them and how they made me, and Dolly, feel.
Apr 26, 2025 · Lindsey BartonThey don’t care about your pet. My dog was stuffy and couldn’t breathe out of his nose. I took him in thinking it might be cancer. The vet laughed and told me to stop googling and that it was probably his teeth. Wanted upwards of $3200 for dental surgery. Insane. I wanted him on pain meds while we were waiting for a second opinion and they needed to do a blood test for $150. While waiting for a second opinion my dog had a really bad day and I called them frantically in tears and all they could tell me is they didn’t have appointments available. I ended up getting him into Springville Animal Hospital that day and they started him right away on pain meds (no blood test needed) I booked the surgery with Springville (only $1000). My dog did in fact have cancer in his entire nasal cavity. Super upset by the way Hamburg handled everything. I would never take another pet there.
