Our lovely Boxer girl, Libby, collapsed on Valentine’s Day. My husband drove her to VEG and it would not have been possible to get better care. Their empathy and compassion for both Libby and us was boundless. They were very honest (in an appropriate way) about the nature of her collapse and the very limited treatment options (which we soon exhausted). We had to let Libby go but the manner of her exit was gently and calmly facilitated by the staff. They made a dreadful situation bearable. Can’t recommend them enough .

VEG has saved my dog’s life twice now. She can be difficult with her separation anxiety but the team was incredibly kind and helpful and really cared about her wellbeing. Being able to stay with her was a huge help. I am grateful for the prompt updates and for the thoroughness in her care. Thank you, VEG 😊

If I could give more stars, I would! I went to this VEG after a bad experience down the road in Plainfield and the VEG staff exceeded my expectations. So on top of everything, super caring and helpful, and keeping me up to date on everything. They had to keep my cat overnight and allowed me to stay with her but the whole staff was so great, I felt more than okay going home to get some sleep for a hours. My only regret is not going here first!

Words can not even express how awesome this place is! Wow, the facility itself is awesome and clean. The staff is out of this world AMAZING! It is one of the worst days of a pet owners life to have to walk into an emergency vet for help, but they made me feel comfortable and I felt confident in the team and care my dog received. How do you even begin to thank a team that saved your dog's life!? Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you do on a daily basis and for the outstanding care you gave my dog! I'm forever grateful for your company and your outstanding team! Brady thanks you as well and appreciates every snuggle your team provided to him!

This place I give above and beyond five star, I never came in my dog went into labor, had a very long, long labor. They coached me through every bit of it no matter how many times I called. They were all tremendous all knew what was going on with my dog immediately, and they got me through it all without even being charged at all I could not believe it. There is actually a veterinarian place out there that is emergency that will help you through something without you. Having to worry about money anyway, I’m sending a pic of the beautiful puppies they’re all corgis.
