Words cannot express my gratitude and admiration for this hospital. They literally brought my dachshund Rocco back from the dead, performed emergency surgery, and nurtured him back to his normal self in the span of several days. Everyone was so kind and attentive and performed an actual miracle keeping my dog alive after a mass on his spleen ruptured causing internal bleeding which resulted in cardiac arrest with no pulse. If I could give them a million stars I would. Thank you for saving my best friend in the whole world and for all being such amazing humans.

I would give this emergency vet a 5000/5 if I could. They are absolutely amazing. Our cat needed emergency surgery due to a severe blockage. The entire staff was so helpful and accommodating during what was an extremely stressful situation. The office is an open room so we were able to watch from start to finish as they prepped and did the operation. They provide rooms with fold out beds where you can rest while waiting for your pet. They walked us through each step and let us stay with our boy during the entire process and we are so grateful. We are not sure he would have made it without the care and attention from the vets, nurses and entire staff. Each person we interacted with was so lovely and kind. The front desk lady (blonde hair) was absolutely the best. Everyone made sure the process from start to finish was as smooth as possible. We will absolutely bring our animals here if theres ever an emergency. Thank you so much VEG. We appreciate you so much!!

We had to take our pup here after he got into trail mix with raisins. VEG has been our best ER experience for our pets. The staff were so knowledgeable and supportive during such a scary time for my husband and I. It was an awesome experience from the second we called and were able to immediately speak with a vet over the phone (which was amazing. In my past experiences, other vets don't do this). We weren’t sure which of our pets got into the trail mix so Dr. Hall helped us come up with a cost effective plan to make sure our pets were safe. We got to stay with our dogs the entire time and even though the staff were busy with other patients, they were always checking on us. On top of all of this, they even already sent all the records to our primary vet. I also really appreciated the financial transparency. They texted us an itemized bill and the costs were similar (some cheaper!) than our primary vet. We appreciated everyone so much and LOVED the atmosphere here. They made us and our pets feel so important and cared for. My husband and I can’t recommend VEG enough. We hope to not have any more pet emergencies but if we do, we will definitely be going back to VEG. We wish they could be our routine vet!! ❤️

So happy to have another option for emergency pet care in the Indy area! This open concept hospital is so unique and allows you to stay with your pet THE ENTIRE TIME.

Truly all of the staff were wonderful. You can really tell that they care so much and it shows in what they do. I interacted with several doctors and each one was very caring. I worked with Dr Tomkiewicz the most. She was fantastic and always took the time to answer my questions and do whatever was needed. And the rest of the staff was great as well. I’m so grateful that we ended up here

I came home to my puppy having a mass on his elbow. From the time I called freaking out to the time we left, everything was quick and efficient. They kept my boy a priority and got him what he needed while working diligently on all the other patients coming in as well. Dr Sapp was amazing, and so was our tech/nurse Ashley. They knew how to treat, speak, and help Kane whether it was blood draw, x-rays, or sedation! Would highly recommend them in any pet emergency!!
