Can't say enough about his place! My 80lb Staffy is THE biggest baby at the vet - the staff at VCMB has gotten down on the floor, laying down with him to may him feel comfortable. My last vet suggested I take him someplace else where he feels more comfortable - THANK YOU for that, because now we have the BEST staff looking after my boy.

Had an emergency with a chihuahua rescue. Earliest my regular vet could get her in was 2 weeks from today. This little girl was in severe pain and needed immediate attention. They got us in within 2 hours at regular rates. She was diagnosed and given meds. Everything was explained clearly including follow-up care. Honey and I both were a nervous wreck when we went in and came out calm and relieved. They will definitely be seeing Honey again along with my other 3 dogs. What a great caring compassionate group of people they have there. Thank so much!!

We have been using VCMB for our 10 year old chocolate Labrador, Cali, since 2022. We did not truly realized what a wonderful vet we had chosen until we had to sadly euthanize Cali in July of 2024. The staff at VCMB were so knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate in helping us to make our difficult decision. So because of our wonderful experiences, we did not think twice about bringing our new puppy to VCMB. Our puppy, Walter, actually enjoys his vet visits and loves interacting with all of the staff (vets and techs)!

We brought our almost 12yo labradoodle in on the day after Thanksgiving for a euthanasia consult. We had been taking him to another vet clinic who tried to shame us into spending more money on him. He was having issues walking, a terrible skin issue (the prior clinic told us it wasn’t yeast after spending over $1200) a mass in his abdomen and bloody stools. The vet was very kind, confirmed his skin was yeast, and informed us that she could do palliative treatment which could give him up to a month. He was gently and lovingly sent to the rainbow bridge. We just brought our 6mos kitten in. I treated him for worms when he was 8-9 weeks old, and again. Vet again was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. We left with medication, education, and still have money in the bank, lol. We will continue to bring our animals here, as the Vets, techs, and other staff are all kind, friendly, and knowledgeable.

The love and care that the doctors and staff show to my pets is amazing! Not only do they care for them but also for me. I know that when I bring my Phoebe and Paisley in that they feel safe and will be loved on and cared for with kindness and gentleness. I’m always telling anyone who is looking for a vet to go to Myrtle Beach Veterinary Clinic! You guys and gals are the best!
