Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital

Man, seeing these negative reviews had me looking to see if I was at the wrong Vetco location. This is the one, Summerlin on Sahara... We have been so pleased with the care we have gotten. Dr. Rayburn has been wonderful with our senior kitty, they have good appointment availability, prices are reasonable and we feel the quality of care and advise we get is right on point. We did have a weird visit recently with I suppose a relief vet, and I did feel a bit grilled by her. It was not the same bedside manner as Dr. Rayburn, however, she was directionally accurate. She just didn't seem to understand/care that we took the kitty in at the age of 13. We've had all the dental work done that we can do for him... it was not neglect on our part by NOT having him seen by a vet.

Called and spoke with Jasmine. Explained my dogs issues. She sympathized with my concerns and was about to get him in the same day! We arrived, and Jasmine took him back right away. Very kind, loving, and considerate! The Dr. Ashman quickly addressed the problem and got us the right medicine. THIS is now our new Vet! Excellent customer service! I would give 10 stars if I could! Way to go!

Wish I could give zero stars. My dog was acting like he had something stuck in his throat and choking. Ran him to this clinic to see if someone could take a quick look. Was told they are fully booked and they couldn’t get us in today. How could a vet be so cruel and cold to an animal in need of care? Would never take any animal to these heartless so called vets.

Took my dog here and asked about some skin issues. Vet said it was nothing to worry about. Took my dog to another vet and it was something to worry about. Took her back to get her shots now they don't want to give my dog her shots. This place is horrible and I will never come back to this place.

This place is a joke I will never ever take another pet to this place again the doctor is completely incompetent at his job The nursing staff doesn’t even want to listen to your concerns in general. This place is horrible and I would never recommend here for anyone.

These ladies here are all phenomenal! From the front desk, to the vet techs down to Dr.Martinez! My pup Marty has always been over excited at the vet and Dr Martinez was so sweet about explaining why Marty has these symptoms and how we can prevent it in the future. They were also very informative about giving my dogs allergy medicine, which is cyto point and taking that at the same time as his shots as it can cause a blood infection as a side effect. It was much appreciated to understand the severity of the situation and to know that they cared enough about my baby to let us know that especially as a first time customer this will be our permanent event from now on and once again, I appreciate all those ladies that helped us out today!
