Mar 06, 2025 · Alexandria TrenthamVetco vaccine clinics on Sundays are the best! The tech was petting my cat the whole time and they were very fast! Plus I got her records sent by email immediately. 10/10 recommend Vetco!
Mar 16, 2025 · Erika DuPondLove LOVE this care team. They lead with kindness and empathy. Doctors Moore and Kruse listen to understand (as opposed to just trying to get you out the door); realizing the best care is not always one size fits all. Here are my cat’s mug shots” from the exam room. 🐈⬛
Oct 01, 2024 · Sandy StolbergArrived at 5:10pm for a 5pm appointment due to a large accident on the way. Someone was in front of me in line so I waited for several minutes for the receptionist to finish with them. When I walked up to the desk she said that their 10-minute late policy applied…since I was waiting in line. I left and sat in my car to look at my calendar and reschedule, which took 10-15 minutes through their call system. During that time, the same employee was standing outside chatting with a friend. Not a good look to a new patient, especially after implying that they were busy.
Mar 24, 2025 · Annika HillerbrandScheduled my two dogs for rabies shots only, in which case they advise you that it’s $41.00 per dog plus a $5.99 disposal fee. Once you arrive at your appointment they tell you that a Doctor has to give the shot, so they have to do a comprehensive exam. You will be paying an extra $80.00 for that comprehensive exam that took less than 30 seconds in the room and more than half of that time was just talking to me. Myself, not my two dogs will ever return to Vetco, for anything. Or Petco for that matter. $255.26 for two rabies shots. Never again.
