I’ve been taking my rescue here for a little over a year now. My dog needed to have dental extractions from being on the streets for so long . They kept me in the loop during the procedure to update me on what all was needed once they got him sedated and on the table. They also let me know about the monthly payment program they have since dental work can be pricey. Both veterinarians I have seen have been knowledgeable, explained everything throughly, and we’re loving towards my dog.

We have been going here for several years. In the past two years, things have changed. The past two years that I have gone there, I feel the pressure of up selling, always trying to improve profits. Last year, I went and, in the end, I shelled out over $3k for repeated tests only to be told it was a false positive. I have no issues with the staff, but the vet clearly is in it for the profits over customer. One example is the claim that exposure to fleas is higher during the winter months than spring or summer. 😂 Our dog has never had any issues with fleas or ticks because I have managed it. After yesterday, the vet had the arrogance to say what I was doing doesn't work in spite of no evidence of fleas or ticks ever. He was pressuring me to put him on a reoccurring payment for monthly pills $$$ He trashed what I was feeding him even though he is as fit as a fiddle. The vet wants to provide the food, pushing me entirely out of making decisions for my own pet. $$$ Last year, I got the creeps. This year, I draw the line...

Positive experience with the actual service and care provided by vet, but they have such limited availability. It’s not useful to have a primary vet who can never see sick pets or something unexpected coming up. Anytime my dog is sick, we have to go to the emergency vet because they only have appointments available 2-3 weeks out. I understand annual exams and vaccinations and standard care requiring even months to schedule in advance. But why have a vet if they can’t help you when you need them most?

My pets have been clients for many years. They have always been great with my cats. The present options that are in the best interest of your pets. Have never pushed me into getting additional tests or procedures. ❤️🐱

Vet is not trained on how to handle a 19!month old German shepherd puppy who is scared when approached with a shot. He accused our dog of biting him, which he did not touch his skin. He was rude and very disrespectful and unprofessional.

We had an amazing first time experience for our cat, Smokey! The environment was welcoming and the staff was so great with our cat! Cannot recommend enough!
