I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at VCA. They initially wanted to charge me $6,200 for a routine procedure to insert a catheter in my cat, but after negotiating, we paid $4,500. Two days later, when my cat still had blood in his urine, I contacted the hospital to find out if it was normal. However, no one called me back for five hours. I then went to the hospital to check on my cat's recovery since they just ignored my call, and they charged me another $230 for it. Another concerning fact is that the first doctor, prior to discharge, mentioned that there was still blood in the cat's urine and strongly recommended keeping the cat in the hospital for further observation. She acknowledged the expense but emphasized its importance. However, when I brought the cat back for examination two days later, a different doctor told me that it's normal for blood to be present in the urine for 5-7 days after the procedure, as part of the recovery process. It's clear that this facility prioritizes profits over patient care, and I would strongly advise against using their services.

I have been taking my dogs here for years. Never ever going to vca again. They have a new staff that is completely rude and making rules I never heard of before. Complete wrong staff to work there usually the vca is expensive but at least they are so kind and warm. This new women definitely doesn’t care and doesn’t try to help. Completely lost me and my friend as a client.

My kittens had their first vet visit and the vet and staff were incredible. The staff was able to accommodate us so they could be seen together. The vet also answered all of my questions, took her time examining both and provided me with helpful tips. I left feeling reassured and encouraged. I highly recommend! Will be back for the kitten's follow ups! -E
