The vets seem to have a high turnover rate, but that is the only negative thing I can think to say. They are reasonably priced, attentive, and accommodating. I have been fairly happy with them.

Based on the provided customer reviews, there is a mention of a potentially high turnover rate among the veterinarians. While this is noted as a negative aspect by one reviewer, it's important to consider that staff changes can occur in any organization. Another reviewer highlighted positive aspects, describing the hospital as reasonably priced, attentive, and accommodating, expressing overall satisfaction.

However, another review presents a significant concern regarding the experience with a particular veterinarian who was described as inexperienced and ill-equipped to handle an anxious dog. This review details an instance where the veterinarian allegedly became scared and left the examination room, advising an increase in anxiety medication and suggesting rescheduling. The reviewer strongly advises owners of anxious or reactive dogs to avoid the hospital based on this experience.

Veterinarian was inexperienced, ill-equipped, and refused to treat my anxious dog. During a mandated physical exam, the vet got scared and ran out of the room. I was told to sextuple my dog’s anxiety medicine dosage and bring him back in for treatment. “You could schedule another appointment on the way out.” As I approached the counter to reschedule, the veterinarian said “Sorry this didn’t work out.” If you have an anxious or reactive dog, stay far away.

I've been going to VCA for years now and I don't think I have a single bad thing to say! They're always super nice and super helpful. They help me understand what is going on with my pets in a way that keeps me aware without panicking when my critters are ill. Additionally, today I showed up for an appointment with the wrong date (it's next week, not today--entirely my fault!) and the staff allowed me to bring my pet for a "happy visit"--to get treats and be loved on so he isn't afraid of the vets in the future! Cannot say enough wonderful things about VCA!

I've never left anything but 5 star reviews online and I'm sad to give the Timberlyne clinic a low rating because we have always received excellent veterinary care here; however, I am finally doing so after months of trying to resolve a billing issue with no response. We had enrolled our puppy in the Care Club program at a cost of $47/month over the past 4 years. We are fortunate that she has been very healthy so far and we've only needed to bring her in for routine care. (We have an older dog not in the plan who has had to see the vet more frequently.) When we moved out of the area this summer, I called to cancel our membership but continued to be charged. When I called about this, I was told it would be taken care of; however, I was then charged again the next month. After this happened again despite another call, I disputed the charge on my credit card. Long story short, we did have to pay those monthly fees along with "late fees" for months we were no longer enrolled, now to the tune of $284.95. Each time I call I am told someone will call me back, and no one ever has. After nearly 7 years of excellent care at Timberlyne, I am beyond disappointed that our relationship ended this way.
