The staff was very friendly, informative, and made sure my puppy and myself were comfortable our first visit, and first shots! They even talked me through multiple AFFORDABLE payments plans.

Everyone at VCA Swengel Animal Hospital makes you feel like your pet is as important to them as they are to you. Always friendly and understanding about what ever needs my pet might be having. I know my pet is getting the best care possible. We have been coming here for 40 years. Highly recommend! Bell doesn't like going to the vet, but she still gives them 5 stars!

I would first like to say that I’m originally from Illinois and would see a VCA in Illinois. I moved to Indianapolis and was concerned if I would find a caring vet hospital facility. Let me tell you all that the process here was so smooth with transferring my puppy medical records and vaccinations. The staff were so welcoming, and very professional. I feel so comfortable bringing my puppy YorkiePoo here and I know she will always be in good hands. The facility was clean and organized. From the staff at the front desk, to the tech, to the vet doctor.. all of them were very nice . I feel safe and comfortable to bring my puppy here for any reason. They handled my puppy with care like as if my puppy was their own fur baby. I am so happy I decided this VCA versus the other ones in Indianapolis. They were reasonable with the pricing and would come to you before hand with price before service to ensure you are okay with the price. Lastly they gave my puppy and I a welcome bag which was a nice gesture. They also send a thank you card. They also send emails as a newsletter on what is new for your fur baby . You all should try this place out ! Absolutely love and trust them !

I highly recommend VCA Swengel Animal Hospital. We have been coming to them for about 20 years, so I have interacted with all of the staff on many occasions. The client service reps, vet assistants and veterinarians are all knowledgeable, caring, understanding, have a great deal of expertise, and go out of their way to help. I always feel that the veterinarians take plenty of time to explain medical issues and answer all of my questions. My dogs are getting quality care!
