I have now taken several cats to be spayed/neutered here, and every time is a wonderful experience. Today we were supposed to take our kitten in, and they unfortunately couldn't perform the operation to no fault of their own. They immediately contacted us and were very accommodating. They rescheduled our appointment and treated us with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend Value Pet Vet for all of your animal care needs. The staff is very kind and compassionate, and I appreciate them very much.

Even in a waiting room, which can sometimes be a source of stress, customers reportedly find the environment, and even other pet owners, "super friendly," indicating a generally positive and welcoming ambiance. Microchipping: A vital service for pet identification and increasing the chances of reunion should a pet become lost.
Nail Clipping: A routine but important grooming service that contributes to a pet's comfort and prevents issues caused by overgrown nails.
Vaccinations: While not explicitly detailed in the provided reviews, a facility specializing in preventative care and spay/neuter would almost certainly offer a range of core and potentially non-core vaccinations for dogs and cats, crucial for preventing common infectious diseases.
Wellness Checks/Basic Examinations: As a 'Pet Hospital', they would conduct fundamental health assessments, especially prior to surgical procedures or as part of general preventative care, though their model may focus on more targeted examinations rather than comprehensive annual check-ups typical of full-service clinics.
Transparent Cost & Procedure Explanations: Clients appreciate that costs and procedures are explained in detail, and that the clinic "didn’t try to sell you things you didn't need." This indicates a focus on value and honest service, which is a significant factor for many pet owners.
Regarding **goods for sale**, Value Pet Vet, given its focus on essential services and affordability, would primarily offer items directly related to these services. This would include essential medications associated with surgical recovery (e.g., pain relief, antibiotics), and potentially basic parasite prevention products (e.g., flea/tick treatments) that are commonly administered alongside vaccinations or surgical procedures. Their ability to deliver a "wonderful experience" repeatedly for multiple animals underscores consistency in their service quality.

Mar 24, 2025 · Jasmine DejesusCame here for a pet post surgery cone collar after visiting the Vet across the street. Was surprised to find how big this pet store was. Having a dedicated pet bath station is awesome! Staff was friendly and helpful. The teacher/military/first responder discount is such a thoughtful gesture. Plenty of available parking in the lot.
May 01, 2025 · M. R.-H.I walked out with an over $300 dollar payment. Low cost? I don't think so. I could've just taken her to my local clinic and paid the same. This is supposed to be "low cost"? Absolutely not! I was there over an hour. They're slow as molasses!!!
