We had to put our family dog Lucky down on Saturday. We had spent all morning with our dog Lucky prior to the vet's visit saying our good byes and loving on him (It wasn't an emergency situation). The doctor was very kind along with his assistant. This was very emotional time for my family. I read other reviews here and I don't think that there's ever a time that's easy to put a dog down but I would definitely recommend if it's not an emergency to spend that time with prior to the dr's arrival.. We were not rushed by the doctor but we were ready when he arrived for our appointment. I also expressed gratitude to both the doctor and his assistant for taking on such a challenging job. It has to be difficult to walk into a families home where emotions are high & facing loss of a beloved pet. Taking our dog to the vet to be euthanized, was not an option for us. It would've been stressful on our dog and even more so stressful for us. Having the luxury to say our goodbyes in the comfort of our home with family, was perfect. I am grateful to have had this option. Our dog Lucky went to the rainbow bridge peacefully in the comfort his home and surroundings.

Dec 05, 2024 · Andrea Parker- AZ Valley Girl HomesIt’s never easy to decide to euthanize a pet. I’m so grateful to Dr. Ishak for making the process as simple as possible and in the comfort of our home. He explained the process before hand and took great care with my cat. I’m so thankful for a way to give my cat peace without the stress of having to travel to a clinic at the end of her life.
Dec 14, 2024 · Stacia KilpatrickI am extremely grateful for the quick service I received today for my dog. They were very kind to hear my concerns with waiting and the possibility of my dog suffering seizures all day and jumped to action. They were able to show up within a two hours to help me put him to rest. Upon arrival they explained the process and timeline of what would happen. I was already at peace with my choice before they arrived and spent the hours leading up to their arrival saying my goodbyes, playing as much as he could, providing treats and love to my best friend for what I knew was coming. The process itself was quick which I found less traumatic for my dog and my family. The only uncomfortable part of this process was the paperwork portion that I wish could have been done before arrival, but I did have a last min appointment so I’m not sure of this is normal process. Thank you guys again for your help and making this process as easy as can be.
Sep 14, 2024 · Laura DeavilleUsed this company last Saturday and we were very thankful Dr. Ishak could come. Our German Shepherd was the best dog we'd ever had. Seeing him go so peacefully, at home, on his own blanket with his beloved rope toy and ball next to him was a gift.
