Nurse Jennifer and Dr Alicea were amazing very knowledgeable and helpful. Amazing service with my dog kapone 5star service a bit pricey, I guess, but I didn't have pet insurance 🤷🏾🤣 but the payment plans are very affordable with Scratch plan👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽💯💯 late review but better late then never. And his scar healed beautifully he's old but still has the energy to get into shit lol a few before and after shots

I’ve truly had the most wonderful experience with the doctors and staff at UrgentVet. Right before Thanksgiving, my family’s indoor/outdoor cat came in with a huge bite near his tail. It wasn’t very large but it went down to the muscle and he was bleeding. I called and they were able to see us right away. Oliver was well taken care of and they showed him so much love. His sutures healed beautifully, and when he accidentally opened one up, at the follow up they added staples. He is now fully healed and happy at home. Never had to wait a long time for him to get seen and they made sure to call and follow up after each visit to see how he was doing, answer any of my questions, and to remind me of the care instructions. I truly would recommend them to anyone who needs help for their pet. Side note: the offices are every clean, with cute decoration, and they have plug ins that help the pets calm down.

The staff at this veterinarian facility provided the best care I've ever experienced in an emergency setting, or possibly even regular office setting! Each employee was courteous and understanding, and the doctor and vet techs were outstanding in their probing questions about my little furry girl, testing recommendations, and treatment provided. They all exhibited genuine caring and patience as we navigated this stressful situation. Our girl was already looking noticeably better after being taken in the back for a brief time, and the medications we were sent home with very quickly had her showing excellent improvement. As a treatment facility for an urgent situation, I could not recommend this Center highly enough. The entire staff have my deepest gratitude for providing us with such a wonderful experience during one of the hardest times a pup parent can have. 🌷🤍

Nurse Jennifer was amazing. Her care with making my boy cat comfortable was something I've never seen before. My cat is usually very temperamental and highly stressed when going to the vet. They really care about the comfort of cats here. There was even a cat bed, cat treats, and they had a feline calming room plug-in to help assist in calming them down. Other places I've been to just drag my cats out of their cages with no remorse. Here, they let my cat roam the room and catered to him in the best ways possible. My cat even let Jennifer pick him up, which was very shocking to see because he doesn't just let anyone do that. Nurse Jennifer was also super helpful in recommending food alternatives and different pet insurances. Nurse Christina was super helpful and informative. She helped me by giving me different options of care for my little fur baby and what's best for him. She was able to work with me in figuring out alternatives with my cats comfort always in mind. I'm super grateful for her care of Frijole. Dr. Tawatao was super transparent and actually showed interest in my cats health unlike some of the other Vets. I've encountered. He went over my cats health results in-depth and offered different remedies to help save my cat. He walked me through the possible different care procedures. I will always be super grateful for his honesty and transparency. Overall, this place is AMAZING. All the lovely people mentioned in this post are all very kind, caring, answered the many questions I had without making me feel stupid, and have made this visit a memorable one. Thank you all again so much for ALL that you do! I highly recommend this place! :-)

To start off, the place was clean, neat, and did not smell like urine 😭 i know….but for a urgent vet that was nice. Jennifer helped us and was so kind, even with our daughter. She brought her a coloring book and some crayons so she can be entertained. Super nice. She reminded me that there are genuinely nice and caring people out there. Dr. Miranda was lovely as well. She checked our dog’s leg out since we had an accident and he fell down some stairs and was very gentle with him. Did an excellent job explaining everything and the process for what needed to get done. She to was kind to our daughter :) Overall we had a great experience here and will definitely recommend and take our dog here should anything else happen to him.
