I had a wonderful experience at this place! My 13 week old pup was seen for potential intoxication. Dr. Gardner was very informative and all the girls were very caring and nice. They definitely love their job and made our visit very easy. My pup is doing so much better today and I will be using Urgent Vet in the future if I need after hour care for my pets! 🫶🏼

Our dog had gotten a deep laceration on his paw pad a couple of weeks ago. They were very thorough in explaining what we needed to do to take care of him after his paw was stitched up. When we brought him in, he was seen quickly and we were received with compassion. He gets very anxious at the vet and they were very kind and gentle with him from the first visit all the way up to the last check up. Although he’s a senior, he is on the larger side and still very strong, making him difficult to handle when he is anxious. Even though we are sure he was a challenging patient to work with, the staff always received him graciously and with care. Very grateful to UrgentVet and their staff!!

Yesterday I had the horrible circumstance of having to make the decision to have my heart dog put to sleep. The staff was wonderful. They quickly made my baby comfortable, and their comfort room was very sweet. My partner and I were able to sit with our baby before and after the procedure for as long as we needed. We even received a card with her pawprint at the end. Thank you, it was a terrible situation, but the staff at Urgent vet were compassionate and made a horrible time a little easier. They were kind and patient even though I was crying so hard I could barely answer their questions. Rip, Roxie.

My dog was not acting like herself and I was worried but couldn't get her to her regular vet. I was able to reserve my spot online with UrgentVet. When I arrived the staff was attentive and pleasant. The veterinarian examined her and I was given an estimate of what the costs would be before anything was started. When reviewing the estimate it was explained to me which tests really needed to be done and which ones I could hold off on. I never felt pressured to do any I didn't want to do. Wait time was less than I anticipated and that was a relief. My pup was well cared for and is on the mend.

I brought my 4 year old boxer Oliver in because he had an abscess by his anal glands. All the staff was very attentive and helpful. They took the time to explain what was going on. They gave me an estimate up front. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted and told there is snacks there if we were interested that was very nice of them. They had bottled water available in a cooler and what looked to be granola type bars in a basket. They took us into a room and said doctor would be in shortly. Nurse returned looked my boy over. Explained Dr was dealing with an emergency. Checked on me 2 or 3 times to let me know I wasn’t forgotten. I felt valued as a client. My dog was shown nothing but love and care. I will definitely go back if I have a need to.
