Joanna Parsons DVM is the best vet ever and has been Riley’s study vet since his puppy days and he’s now 12 1/2 years old. She’s responsive, concerned, knowledgeable, empathetic and always there for Riley and us, the pet parents. Riley is a special pup in the Golden Retriever Lifetime Study through the Morris Animal Foundation and has lots of appointments and special needs that UAVH has taken care of in a superb manner! We recently moved to Ohio, and finding a new vet was stressful. Dr. Stafford was amazing from the moment she walked into the room—super sweet with our dog and very kind to us as well. She even followed up a week later to check on our dog, and a few weeks later during our follow-up visit, she was just as warm and attentive. The entire staff has been wonderful too, which makes us feel even more relieved to have found this vet. We’re happy to continue bringing our dog here!

We have had, and continue to have, a consistently excellent experience with Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and very supportive. Accordingly, our dogs have been their patients for many years, and they will remain so going forward.

Everything about this practice is amazing. The staff, the ease of contact, the building itself. They take care of the whole family. Everyone is amazing! My pups have seen many of the vets and vet techs as well as the receptionists, and absolutely every single person I've ever had an interaction with has been extremely helpful and kind. Everyone really seems to care about my dogs and even urgent situations are met as quickly as they're able.

We took our dog to Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital for the first time a couple of weeks ago after not having great experiences with other vets, and we’re so glad we did! The staff were super friendly and professional, and they really took good care of our pup. The medication they prescribed worked perfectly, and now our dog is feeling so much better. We’re really happy we finally found a great vet close to our area. Highly recommend!

Everyone in the office is friendly, welcoming and kind. I have never felt rushed or dismissed by anyone here. The vets listen and really care. I can't remember their names, but both vet techs I have interacted with were such lovely people! They asked a lot of questions and were so sweet with my dogs. At our first visit, Dr. Gorby took lots of time to answer all my questions and spent a lot of time testing my dog's range of motion and examining her (she was limping) before deciding on a course of action. We switched to UAVH from a different vet because of this ongoing problem with her limp. The other vet's exams were cursory and so fast that I felt none of my concerns were addressed. They acted annoyed that I kept calling, and they did not give us enough medication to get her recovered. Dr. Gorby was entirely different. He was compassionate, knowledgeable and straightforward about what he thought she needed. He prescribed a month of antiinflamatories and rest, and my dog Zora is now completely back to normal and playing with her brother again! We will not go to any other vet ever again! (And, for what it’s worth, the prices here are not any higher than they were at my other vet! Very reasonable for the level of care you’re getting.)
