My old girl tore her ACL and I was desperately trying to figure out what else to do to keep her comfortable and to minimize her pain. The team was so kind and supportive during the appointment. The tech Nicole went above and beyond to make my Roxi feel calm even when being checked out by Dr. Knirk. The doctor answered all of my questions, ensured I understood all of the different options and was so patient with me during the whole process. We have a 87# GSD who loves going to the vets. She’s showered with love, care and a snack or two, what’s not to love! She actually gets the GSD gurgling going when we turn into the parking lot. So excited! With this breed and her size, if she was anxious or afraid, it would make appointments way too stressful. Thank goodness for the staff that goes above and beyond to keep our girl feeling like she’s special.

First impressions last a lifetime. My first time here was today after calling multiple, multiple clinics / hospitals. I needed affordable, same day euthanasia for my Tigger(cat). Town and country provided both easy, fast and respectfully. Saying goodbye is always hard but harder when you are having difficulty finding somewhere to go.
