Timberlane Pet Hospital & Resort

Today (7/2/24) was my Howie’s second visit to Timberlane Pet Hospital & Resort. Dr. Christy Layton and Vet Tech Kaitlyn Glover took fantastic care of Howie on his first visit when he had an ear infection. Antibiotic, ear mousse and a cleaning helped him get better. Today was the follow-up to ensure Howie had healed well. Howie’s doing great according to Dr. Layton and has healed very well. She provided me with an ear cleaner packet with instructions to keep moisture from building up in Howie’s ears. VT Kaitlyn gave it to me and gave me a synopsis of the instructions which was great! I’m very happy with the change I made over to Timberlane!! Howie actually enjoyed being at the vet today!! Thank you Ladies!!!

Thank you for being so gentle with my babies. I absolutely loved how you made them feel comfortable and relaxed by getting on the floor with them, petting, and talking to them with gentle voices. Usually, vets are like assembly lines, pretty much like our doctors offices. My pets are like my children and I only want what is best for them. What I can't do and provide for myself, I expect for them to have a doctor to fill in where I can't. If this is the continuous care they will be getting, I will be moving my other animals there as well. My 3 pups got a thorough exam. The reason they were there was approached and explained very well. It's been 3 days and the medication has already started working and I have 3 happy pups again. I would recommend Timberlane just from what I experienced having one visit with my pups and one visit with my daughter inlaw and one of her pets. I truly believe they have our pets, in their best interests.

This place is amazing! My previous vet was sold and the new owners made it very difficult. I switched to Timberlane and I have never been so happy with a vet! They take their time and are so amazing with my pup. She gets so excited to see everyone when we go there! They also dont cost a million dollars VERY reasonable. Will never go anywhere else!

I have an older gorgeous ginger cat, and she can have an attitude at times. Not here. Every time she is done, she is calm and happy. They put a nice warm blanket around her with the calming cat spray inside of the blanket. (A technique I plan to use) Plus, the kindness and love they give her is so rare to find in a vet. Thank you again. My fur babies mean so much to me. Lyla said thanks, too.

Dr. Chaney and Brittany were absolutely wonderful today during Frannies visit! The reception staff was also very friendly at check in and check out. The practice is clean, efficient and prices are fantastic. Would definitely recommend this practice!
