Thrive Pet Healthcare - Oak Lawn

Thrive Pet Healthcare in Oak Lawn has been seeing my pets for the past 3 years now and I cannot complain. I think they offer the most reasonable prices compared to previous places I have taken my pets. Also they provide great service. Can’t recommend them enough.

The Thrive Vets and staff are extremely compassionate and extremely competent. I would’ve had to wait over eight hours to get my dog into an emergency vet . But, they recognized the urgency of the issue and were able to fit my dog in on a very busy scheduled day. He is recovering nicely. I was amazed how they recognized the cause of his swelling as a spider bite. This is not just a one time occurrence, they are always friendly and, treat my dogs as family and look out for their best interest like they are their very own pets.

Staff is friendly very professional and caring. Staff made everything easier for me and my dog because he is big and strong they made sure he was calm and comfortable they were great. thank you.

They have always done a great job taking good care of my fur babies ! They are understanding and really care for your pets. I appreciate them always giving me their best advice and they are also financially understanding as well and can always work something out for you. It’s pretty affordable not like most places where you have to pay thousands of $$$ highly recommend !

At the end of July, our senior English bulldog passed away at home. We knew his passing was coming soon but still we were extremely distraught when it happened. Without thinking we took him to the closest vet to our house even tho we had never been there before. I cannot say enough amazing things about this office and the staff there. They were so caring and helped us with our next steps in cremating him. We received his ashes about a week later. I meant to write a review shortly after that happened but forgot. A few weeks went by and we received a card in the mail from them with a few ink prints of his paw and hand written condolences from multiple staff members. I was truly taken aback by such a thoughtful thing of them to do. We were not expecting it but were so incredibly thankful for it. Losing dozer who was the light of our lives has been so incredibly difficult. This act of kindness brought smiles to our faces & we will forever cherish it. Even though they had never met him they made sure to take care of him. We cannot thank you guys enough for how kind and caring you were to us and dozer.
