Amazing staff. Sweet, kind, caring. This place really does care about your animals, and not just the money. Never had to go to a vet for an emergency before, and they helped me and my pet so much. Happy to have found a great vet.

I wanted to bring my dog in for anal gland expression and a nail clip. The lady on the appointment line told me I had to get current on her rabies to bring her in so I scheduled the appointment to include the rabies vaccination. Once there, the tech kept asking me if I wanted any other vaccinations or any blood work done, I explained to him why I was there and what needed to be done. He said he would take her back now, I asked for them to do the services in the exam room instead since she is nervous at the vet. After a bit of a wait, the "general office manager in training" came into the exam room and started to draw blood. I asked him why he was taking blood and he seemed confused. He asked if I was there for an annual exam? I said no, and explained again that I only needed the three services. At this time they took her to the back anyways and there was a very long wait, finally one of the veterinarians came into the exam room and talked to me about my dogs general health etc, and then my dog was brought back to me. This whole incident could have been avoided had either the woman who made the appointment or the vet tech, would have listened to me and the reason we were there. They seemed to be so remote control and unable to hear what the customer needs. Adding to the frustration, I was under a time constraint. Had I received the service I needed, I would have had plenty of time to get in and out. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have come across an issue with up charging at this particular vet. It is a very convenient location to me but with the lack of customer service, a further drive will be worth it. On a positive note, the veterinarian was pleasant and professional and so was the receptionist at the front desk.

I recently had to bring my dog, a 14 1/2 year old Blue Heeler, in for a splenectomy, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she received. From the initial diagnosis to the surgery and post-op care, the entire team was professional, compassionate, and thorough. After the surgery, Sasha was understandably groggy when she got home, and as expected, she showed some discomfort, panting and vocalizing for the first two nights. However, it was comforting to see that she behaved exactly as outlined in the detailed post-op instructions, which reassured me that her recovery was on track. By the third day, she was noticeably more comfortable—she even barked and laid on her side, which she hadn't done since the surgery. Now, just four days post-op, she’s recovering incredibly well and no longer seems to need pain medication. I’m grateful for the excellent surgical team that helped her through this process. Their clear communication, detailed instructions, and genuine care made all the difference during a stressful time. Thank you for taking such great care of her!

Love the doctors they love and care for their owners dogs or cats and I have both. I usually see Dr Speth but all of them are so nice. I recommend them highly.
