Love the way that the Sully veterinary team cares about our furbaby and checks on her after every visit. We moved to the area and just adopted a poodle and was searching online for a good vet. We considered 3 different ones. Sully Animal Hospital came highly recommended and now we know why. They were also very prompt about responding to the initial online inquiry and this speaks volumes about the service and attention provided by the staff. We love Dr. Taddeo and Charlotte, most especially! Thank you for caring!

Nobody wants an emergency visit to the vet! But that's what happened yesterday for us, and WOW was I impressed with Sully! Everyone we interacted with was amazing and competent AF. The tech, Charlotte, was SO knowledgeable and friendly and so sweet and gentle with our cat. She answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction with immaculate communication skills. I dont shy away from asking questions that vet professionals often find offensive and/or refuse to answer with actual info ("why are you doing it that way, why not ____?") and she not only explained it all, she was so pleasant and kind while doing so and didn't seem put off by it at all. She really worked with me. And oh my goodness Dr Eaten... marvelous. So well informed!! It is hard to find a vet that has any knowledge of feline diabetes and she obviously knew so much from the first moment we walked in the room that it was clear we were in good hands. She was so good and caring with our cat and really listened and was very patient and explained things in as much detail as I asked for. She really knew her stuff up and down. I'm so glad we ended up going here and meeting Dr E, having a vet that I can trust in the area is such a valuable thing to me! I will admit I have a pretty high bar for vets/offices, but they impressed me so much!

Dr. Taddeo and Dr. Eaton have seen my dogs and are both excellent at explaining any issues or concerns. My German Shepherd has been acting anxious after moving here from across the country and they have helped make sure she has the care she needs. They both love Charlotte and we also appreciate how she keeps them at ease. She definitely works well with both dogs who have very different personalities! We love the care and attention everyone gives us, including the front desk staff. Highly recommend and thank you to the Sully Animal Hospital team!

Dr Taddeo and team are kind and courteous. She is the only one I trust with my cat who has bladder issues and another who’s red blood cell count kept dropping. She hasn’t steered me wrong in the 10 years I’ve been going there.

I took my healthy six-year-old dog there for an exam after her having a first time seizure. The vet tech was really sweet and very polite, and my dog loved her, however when Dr. Taddeo came into the room my dog immediately became tense. The doctor laughed and said it’s because of the white coat, however, my dog has been to other veterinarians and has never been afraid of them. She generally isn’t afraid of anybody, and in fact, has such an outgoing personality and such a sweet nature that she has been the pet of the month more than once at our apartment complex. The doctor immediately set about telling me how I was feeding my girl (a combination of very good organic non-GMO premium food and raw diet) was making her sick and basically treating me like I was an idiot who had no understanding of dog biology or the dietary needs of my pet. She was very rude and condescending and at one point even asked me if I would take my dog out and let her “catch and eat pray in the wild.” I have been working professionally with dogs for over 30 YEARS showing, breeding, handling, and training and I have had dogs my entire life from the time I was a toddler. Her nasty attitude and rude condescending tone were very off-putting. I spent the entire day today with every break that I had at work calling to try to get my results for my dogs tests and even though the report stated that they were ready a couple of hours ago, they just released them to me finally, and thankfully, my dog is 100% healthy. I should mention that I’m also a nurse, and I have quite a bit of medical knowledge of my own under my belt so to have a doctor behave that way is not something that is new to me. It is common to see that sort of attitude on display with certain doctors, but I digress. They were sure to include a message when they sent the results to let me know that they didn’t think I am a good fit for their practice and that I should seek out veterinary care somewhere else in the future. As if I would take my girl back to that place! Horribly unprofessional, rude, and I ALWAYS trust my dog when she has a bad feeling about somebody.
