Even during the difficult time of losing a beloved pet, Chloe, the client felt supported by Dr. Mohler, whom they describe as compassionate, friendly, and a wonderful DVM. This personal touch and genuine care are hallmarks of Stewart Veterinary Group.

The positive experiences extend beyond the veterinarians. Nina at the front desk is highlighted for her remarkable ability to remember clients' names, even after years of absence. This level of personalized attention makes Stewart Veterinary Group feel like more than just a clinic; it feels like a community.

For those who may have been hesitant about finding a new local veterinarian, the experience of another pet owner offers reassurance. They emphasize the kindness, pleasantness, and helpfulness of everyone at the clinic. Even interactions with other pet carers in the waiting room were positive, fostering a supportive environment for pet owners.

A key aspect of their service, as mentioned in the reviews, is the doctor's patience and understanding. They prioritize clear communication by providing treatment plans and cost estimates. This transparency allows pet owners to make informed decisions about their pet's care. The people here are what makes it a special place for human people and animal people alike! I had been nervous to visit a veterinarian in my neighborhood because the one I used to visit was in the Valley and was very good. But without a car I was unable to keep going there so I contacted Stewart Veterinary Group. I had the appointment for one of my dogs yesterday and I am so glad I found them! Everyone was so nice, pleasant and helpful! Even the other pet carers I spoke with in the waiting room area were super nice people! The Doctor was patient and understanding. They all made it clear that they would provide a treatment plan and cost estimate. They pointed out which things were more urgent and which could be delayed if finances were an issue, while being non-judgmental. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the renewed peace of mind they have given me. I feel better equipped to care for my companion animals because of this practice!

all the vets at Stewart vet group are outstanding. I’ve trusted them with my three pitbull’s since 1999. They’re one of a few holdouts in the community who have been able to resist being taken over by big business......and it’s so nice to feel the love and the humanism and the personal touch that a small business is able to provide. In medical, continuity of care is paramount to almost everything else and this is what giant corporate business will never be able to do. I’m very grateful that I am still a part of the practice and hope that they’ll be there for decades to come.

Below average care and attention. Front desk promised to file a claim with insurance, but when I called in a week later it wasn't done and they refused to do it. Vet was fine. Techs were kind. Taking my pup elsewhere.

We used to be very happy with Stewart Veterinary Group (SVG) and were always pleased with the treatment of either one of our two furry four legged feline sons, Scooter and Butch. This all changed when we brought Butch in with a big concern about a growth we noticed on his neck. It was not visible at first due to his beautiful fur, but it became more apparent quickly. We didn’t know what could have caused it, so we went to see Dr. Moeller’s office and were seen by Dr. Allison Pang back in December 2023. She took a few moments to assess him and then stated that she didn’t know what this growth could be. We pointed out the weight loss, but she said that this is something that can happen in “older” cats. Butch was 12. She also drew some blood for testing and told us that the results were “normal”. We were to keep an eye on him and see if the swelling was getting bigger. Then, on January 17, 2024 we took Butch back to be seen by Dr. Yebin Jo, who also is a doctor within SVG. She took a little bit more time to assess Butch, whose neck was visibly larger on the right side. She brushed it off as it being a “mystery”. We requested to be given a copy of the medical notes, which is EVERY patient’s right to get. However, one particular note in her report alarmed us that something was not right at all: “x-rays - no abnormalities on right side of the neck, poss elongated heart?” She did not tell us anything about a possible “elongated heart”, nor did she tell us anything about any test for any biopsy. In fact, we only found on March 1, 2024 that Stewart Veterinary Group conducted a Fine-needle aspiration (FNA) WITHOUT our consent or knowledge! Dr. Moeller’s wife Rose told us during an in-house meeting after Butch had passed away (different story for a different report) that SVG performed the FNA, but SVG didn’t tell us or even charge us for the test as the results were “inconclusive”. My husband and I told Ms. Moeller that this is beyond being unprofessional! We told her that it is Unethical! - A test of this highly sensitive manner should have never been conducted without our knowledge or consent! This type of behavior is something we didn’t expect from SVG and we cannot in good faith ever recommend this Veterinary clinic to anybody. If you do decide to visit Steward Veterinary Group you may want to consider: 1. Stay with your pet! Your little one is your “Baby” and it is your responsibility! 2. ALWAYS request a copy of the full medical record! - That is your right! Then again, you can also always look for a different veterinary clinic nearby …
