The staff are both very professional and personal. Everyone from front desk to techs with doctors in the middle are very knowledgeable and understanding. They take out the time to hear your concerns and then put in every effort to help. They love all the animals that come through (even non patients), trying to find loving families for strays brought in. The staff knows both you and your pets by name, even though they have so many patients coming through. The 2 most important things to me is when I come or call concerning my babies (whether it is just a nail clipping or a sick appointment) they jump right up to help you make the best choices for your pets. They love them up. All the awesome staff there put your pet first and give you and your pet their best!

First and foremost Dr. Neuman and his staff are without a doubt the best at what they do in the area! Our cat needed Femoral Head Ostectomy (FHO) surgery after an injury to his hip joint and a visit to the local animal emergency hospital. Dr. Neuman never rushed us to make a surgery decision, and ensured the decision was ours and ours alone. The surgery was a complete success! It went very well :) After two weeks our cat seems to be overall in way less pain than he was with his condition prior to surgery. He's walking around, being playful again and will make a full recovery over the next 2-5 months. We are extremely pleased with the results already from our pets surgery. This is a major surgery. Dr. Neuman made himself available after our pets surgery and gave us his email for any questions or concerns post surgery. We used the email to keep him apprised of our cats surgery recovery through videos via OneDrive and at one point three (3) days after surgery noticed our pet needed some more pain medicine and after a quick email Dr. Neuman and his staff had the pain medicine ready and available for pick up! He made himself available always - and ensured he answered all of our questions/concerns. He even answered early in the morning and on the weekends. Never had I had such an experience with a Vet - Dr. Neuman and his staff go the extra mile to ensure your pet (and you too) are cared for and you understand everything. We absolutely love going to Saint Charles Animal Hospital - and we couldn't have asked for a better Vet and Surgeon for our cats Osteoarthritis / degenerative hip joint condition for our pet. We highly recommend Dr. Neuman and his staff and give them our unqualified recommendation. I have been going to Saint Charles Animal for the last 4 years and will continue to. Best Veterinary - Animal Hospital in the area!

Very friendly staff, excellent customer service, and the doctor took great care of my dog who was in pain from jumping off the bed hurting his back. The medication she prescribed works very well in helping him to recover. He is back to being himself. The doctor even gave him food to eat while she cuddled him to make him feel at ease so she could exam him.

I have been going here for approximately 5 years and I love it. The professionalism and caring mindset is top notch. I cherish my sweet Harper, he deserves nothing but the best. This is why I will only take him to St. Charles Animal Hospital. The doctors and technicians are fantastic.

I love this place and all of the employees. They take great care of my 3 senior dogs. I have them groomed there, or vet techs trim nails. It is a great convenience. I have been helped through the loss of several pets over the years, including guinea pigs and hamsters. Thank you all so much for your genuine love for all animals. ❤️
