Do not take your pet here. I have taken my pet here for the same exact issue 3-4 times now. sometimes costing nearly $200 per visit. It's been the same issue since the beginning, and each time A new veterinarian has taken a look, prescribed new ( and sometimes unnecessary) supplements. However, 3 months later, the problem still persists. at my last visit, we scheduled an appointment a month in advance to have it ready. They will not let me change the contact info for my dog, so I called them to make sure I had not missed it and to confirm the date, only to be told that there is no appointment under my account. Of course, I was frustrated not only because this has been going on for while now, but I was IN PERSON to schedule the appointment, only to be told later that apparently it doesn't exist. I told the original employee on the phone, the previous day, that I had lost confidence and trust in them as a veterinarian, and they offered me another appointment the next day. I went to the appointment the next day, and unfortunately was late which was my responsibility. They told me that they couldn't do the appointment, which is completely understandable as there is a time schedule to stick to and other clients to see. What crossed the line was when the front desk employee, Kim decided to try to lecture me in one of the examining rooms. I fully understood that I was late, and never blamed them or the veterinarian. She then asks me " If I reschedule you for next thursday, Will you be on time?" talking to me as if I were a child. I tried explaining that I am typically very good about being on time, only to be interrupted by her, saying that "It doesn't matter if you were on time to the other appointments, you were late this time", and furthermore claiming that I was yelling and rude to her employee the previous day. That simply was not true, whatsoever. I even told the employee to have a nice day when the call was over. Yes, I was frustrated, but I was not rude or yelling at the employee as I understand it wasn't her fault. That is finally where I drew the line, Because I will not spend money at a business that doesn't know what it's doing while simultaneously draining your bank account. I am not a veterinarian, although I wish I was so that I never had to come to this place to begin with. Their veterinary work, is seemingly just guess work. On top of that, Kim is extremely rude and unprofessional, and that's to be expected each time you call in.

I’ve taken my animals here for a few years now, the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They have taken great care of my dog and cat. I’ll continue to use them in the future!

The staff and Vet was really friendly and took care to make our Weimaraner comfortable and relaxed. Was gentle in administering her shots and answered our concerns and gave really great advice.

Dr. Ambrous and the rest of the team were fantastic. Gryffin is a 85lb wiggly, excited potato and they took it right in stride. They were patient with him and took all the slobber in good spirits. Thank you for being so good with our fur family!

Dr Jeff took the time to provide a calm experience for my kitten Mimzy. We talked about the benefits of immunizations, and responsible cat ownership and safety. The staff are caring and very helpful. Thank you!
