A very well decorated clinic, you still don't feel like you're in New Orleans when you enter. The staff is very unsympathetic to people who don't speak English. Everything is based on the computer and email. After spending a fortune on the physical exam and the labs, they don't call you, they send you the information by email and sometimes it's not complete. As in my case, I was the clinic to speak with the doctor and after a short waiting time the doctor was to see me very upset and bad manners

By far one of the best vets in Miami, the prices are pretty reasonable. I love how the staff is so friendly and clearly you can see that they all enjoy and love animals very much. They are professional, responsive to calls and emails and concerns. I love how they are extremely organized. I love this vet!
