I went with my friend to take her cat for an appointment and were quickly treated and taken care of by Priscilla. Not only was she nice and knowledgeable but she also recommended a better insurance option to facilitate with cost of treatment. Thank you Pricilla for all your help! We love our Banfield family! They are the best! So attentive to our little girl. Everyone is so professional, Dr. Romero is a true pet hero! And the front of house staff are run expertly by Priscilla. All of them are darling girls! Peppermint loves coming to visit once a month. This place is the definition of care and compassion. The entire staff is great, it shows they love what they do. Dr. P. Anna, and Priscilla, are amazing, and always go above and beyond. I am grateful to all the staff for the care they have provided for my dogs.

Walked in on a Sunday with a sick dog. No one in the waiting room for 15 minutes. Was then told no appointments available today. So why call yourself a hospital ? You grow a business by going out of your way for a new customer.

We have a wonderful little nut, but sweet thing called Athena and this location and staff at Banfield are very nice, professional, friendly, and straight forward with what she needs. If you are in the area, this is the place to take your non-human child. And if you’re a bit further away, it’s worth the drive. Great people work here.
