Jan 26, 2025 · Sharon SimpsonI just left here with my boy Remi. He had me up all night long pacing the floor. I went in and found the staff to be the friendliest, most attentive and caring vet staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Dr. Brown was fantastic. He took such care of Remi and worked to get to the bottom of what was bothering him. I'm very persnickety about the folks I allow to care for my "babies" and I highly recommend this emergency vet! Fair pricing too, with fees given up front and you can choose to move forward with them or not.
Jan 19, 2025 · Donna HoustonNot good at emergency services tbh they are short staffed but some emergencies are real emergencies. They ask the stupidest questions possible. Dog hit by car, can he walk in? Are you sure it was a car? Nah dip im just magically blind and exaggerating to get an expensive bill because I'm just a special kind of dumb...etc 2 hrs later act like doing an x ray is just not necessary but I'm the one paying for services. They no comforts and behave like psychos not animal lovers. If your dog has internal bleeding etc and it is real emergency go somewhere else. You can have local vet show for the time you wait here. To be educated they seem uneducated in empathy etc. You will leave disappointed if it's a real emergency that I know. They display narcissistic behaviors the end.
Mar 24, 2025 · C077 wSuch a wonderful experience and An Amazing staff!! They were so caring ! We appreciate all you did to help our sick Cat Winston . Dr. Brown was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend going to see this wonderful team for any of your emergencies veterinary needs. Thank you so much!
Mar 04, 2025 · Ashley C LilesAlthough the staff was very kind I find it absurd to pay $127 for a 5 minute consult with the vet where they say physically my cat is fine and I could pay $220 for X-rays not deemed necessary (they listened to her breathing) or just monitor her at home. I was offered no valuable information on her cough that I couldn’t find with a quick google or medication to ease it. I essentially paid $127 for them to stick a thermometer up her rear end to check her temperature and then listen to her breathing.
