Zero stars!!! Absolutely the worst place you would ever want to take your pet! My son brought his beloved cat there on Black Friday because she was not feeling herself and stopped eating and drinking that week. After a brief exam he was told that the cat most likely has an abdominal tumor and he should consider putting her down. He was in shock after hearing that and told the vet that he wanted to take her home but asked the vet to give her something to ease her pain. The vet offered an antibiotic and steroid which would do absolutely nothing to decrease her pain ( my son didn't know that). She didn't have a respiratory condition, her breathing became labored because she was dying... The vet and the assistant left the room and when they returned the vet said " looks like she is going to go now" and didn't give her the medication. She died in my son's arms as soon as they walked out of the room. He was heartbroken, distraught and crying. His beloved cat was gone just like that. He decided that he didn't want to have her cremated so he went to check out. With tears running down his face and his first pet whom he rescued and nursed back to health, now in a box, he stopped by the office window. He got charged for the visit which is understandable but also got charged $80 for the medication that was never administered to his cat. He told me two days later because he was so upset that he didn't have the energy to argue about the charge and just wanted to get out of there, so he paid what they told him. He said that they claimed that because the medication was drawn he has to pay for it. WHY??? The cat never got it. It wouldn't have helped her anyway. I am absolutely outraged that he was charged for a service he never received. That's called fraud!!! Stay away from this place! Don't take your pets there! The staff there doesn't care about your pets or you. All they care about is how to get more money out of your wallet even for things they did not do!!! Shame on you!

Best vet in the area hands down. Dr strauss is compassionate, caring, and will do whatever it take to help your furbaby. He saved my cat when he had seizures and gave us an extra 10 years with him, and he gave me an extra few months with my puppy jax. All my boys loved him and his staff. Dr Strauss and his staff were also amazing with my boys passing, offering cremation services and providing compassionate, caring guidance when we didn't know what to do. Thank you all for that. I can’t thank the wonderful amazing doctor and the friendly staff at this vet enough this is the best vet we had my senior dog was seen at another local vet they where very incompetent this doctor knew right away how to treat my dog and so fast we feel so lucky that we have found them they are gold! Beautiful practice with kind employees and very sweet and knowledgeable doctors thank you so much .my dog is like a new dog.

Loved the peacefulness of the waiting room and the attentiveness and care the staff provided for my little boys!

I've been bringing my 3 dogs here since moving to Florida 4 years ago. My 1 dog is so anxious from a bad experience at a different vet. The staff and Dr are so kind and caring to all 3 of my dogs! My older dog has been recently diagnosed with congestive heart failure and I've had so many questions. They have been so patient and have gotten back to me in a timely manner with all the answers. When I call or stop in they know exactly which dog I'm talking about. To me that is so important remembering their customers and their pets. It shows great customer service. Thank you for all that you do!
