The online booking system was easy to use! However, I wish the actual grooming experience had matched this level of convenience. My pup came home with a completely shaved tail despite my request to keep it longer, and they surprised us with a strong gingerbread scent I hadn't asked for. While the staff seemed nice enough, I really needed them to listen to my grooming preferences and communicate better about the services they were providing. I hope they can improve their communication and attention to client requests in the future, as their convenient booking system shows they have potential!

I’m a hard worker, I work full time and I don’t have time left to shop for my pets, so Petco makes it easy to order on line and they even deliver in the same day!! That’s a plus. I highly recommend buying at Petco.

We went there to buy the fish last thursday.The guy who helping me to get the fish was very nice and polite.The problem start at the counter with this guy in the photo.I bought the fish about $20 then he said $31.I try to explain him.It's gonna be something wrong.You should check the price tag then he lead to the fish tank section when he walk there he said it's gonna be same thing.The way he said no respect at all and the store is not busy.Then when we arrived i show him the price then he said again same thing i told u.I said no because he mention i bought 3 of them that's why.I said no and i bought only two of them.Then he left us with the attitude.When we follow him he said don't yelling me and i gonna cancel the transaction.I said i'm not yelling you and you arguing with me for no sense and you can't do that.But this guy don't know what he doing he think he own the store.He want me to leave the store almost kick me out.This thing happen to me in front of my daughter 11 yrs old.Then when i arrived the counter again he said he's not gonna sell any item to us and he gonna go home and left us at the counter.There is another lady in cashier, i ask her what's his name.She said she is new then she don't know.She ignored the customer too.I'm really upset in this situation.Then i try to find someone who help me to get the fish.There was a guy who disrespect me using the phone and don't care nothing about it.When i take the photo of him,he getting mad and he said he's going to call the police.I said do it and call them.Then we try to find the person who can take care of this situation.We found the guy who help me to get the fish at the counter.He helped me with the transaction and another guy came and apologized me for that.I appreciated those guys but i'm not satisfied what he did us today.I hope to see my review someone who can manage the store.Please take an action with those employees.

The male cashier was extremely nice and respectful. However, the reason for my one-star review is the poor service I received from another employee. I waited 40 minutes for crickets, despite the store being nearly empty. I initially waited 15 minutes by the cashier, who kindly informed me that he had already contacted the appropriate staff. He then suggested I check the back of the store to see if a representative was available and to show them my receipt. As I walked to the back, I came across a female employee who was chatting with her co-worker, Stephanie (who was off the clock). She was a large woman who appeared to be American Indian, with dyed red-orange curly hair and glasses. The moment she saw me approaching, smiling and saying “Hi,” she made a shocked face. I assume this was because we had interacted before during a previous purchase of a frog—an experience in which she also made me wait over an hour to get the frog and crickets. Instead of assisting me, she pulled her co-worker aside, giggling and noticeably trying to avoid me. I then approached another staff member who was working on the fish tanks. He was kind and told me he would get someone to help, instructing me to wait by the cashier. Unfortunately, the same female employee—the one who had been avoiding me—was still nowhere to be found, as she continued chatting with her off-the-clock co-worker instead of assisting customers. After 35 minutes, I decided to stand in line for a refund. When the 40-minute mark hit, she finally appeared, pretending she had been working the entire time. She made eye contact with me and could clearly see I was upset. This kind of service is completely unacceptable—disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude. Experiences like this make me not want to return. I have many pets and enjoy shopping at Petco, but if this is the level of customer service I can expect, it’s simply not worth my time or money.

We have a 10 month old puppy and we've had our puppy's grooming done only a couple of times in the Rego Park location, and we've been happy every time. The women there are wonderful... super friendly and very caring to the dogs. There are so many dogs of all sizes and the women always do a great job. We've had Pamela and another girl (sorry I forgot her name. She does have glasses). Both young ladies did not disappoint! We had the works done for our fur baby for Christmas and she looked soooo cute and fresh and clean! Thank you ladies! Happy Holidays!
