Dr. B. Has been out Vet for years. We're on our 4th dog with him and he cared for our cat. He has been nothing but kind, compationate and knowledgeable. The front desk folks have always been excellent! I can not comment on other Vets who fill-in at his office. I had very good experiences with a couple of them, but no personal experience with others. Love Dr. B and highly recommend him.

May 07, 2025 · Debbie BrewingtonTHE POSITIVES: The girls at the front desk and the vet tech are amazing. I have nothing by high praise for them. THE SAGA: I just took in an orphaned pup; he's 4 and has been through some changes. He's scared and shy and came with no vet records. My daughter takes her dog here and so do many of my friends, and they rave about Dr. B. I made an appointment for my new guy to get his shots and a nail trim. My pup is a tall lanky dog, so not small by any stretch. Anyway, he was overstimulated to begin with. The vet came in, and he was not Dr. B; he was a tall, older man, and I think his name starts with an "M," but I can't be sure; he didn't introduce himself. My dog went nuts! In the four days I'd had him and taken him everywhere with me, I hadn't seen a reaction close to this for anyone at any place. To be fair, I took an immediate dislike towards this doctor, and maybe my dog picked up on that: I'm not a dog behavorist, so I can't be sure. The assistant was amazing and got my dog to the back where they were able to give him his shots. The nail trim was out of the question for this visit. The doctor did nothing except tell me my dog is aggressive and I better be careful or he was going to bite the nine year old girl in the neighborhood whose dad happens to be a lawyer, and I'd lose everything. Okay, well that fictional scenario was constructive. I'd already set up an evaluation with a trainer to begin my guy's proper training, so I'm not too worried about what this horrible doctor says, but I do know I won't go back there if he's on the staff because I won't take the chance of getting him in the rotation. I'm sad because I hoped I'd found my new veterinarian, but I guess I haven't yet.
Dec 28, 2024 · A.L. CappMy son called office to get a prescription refill for his dog and told he had to make an appt. Was just before weekend and had to work and couldn't make it in. He asked if they could just give him three pills until Monday when he was free, by the way they were the ones that gave original prescription. Nope, refused request. We have taken our dogs there forever and has always been superb but since this other male dr. came to office things have been terrible. Dr. B what has happened to your office? Looking for another, reasonable, compassionate vet who really cares about our animals and not just about the money! I would give zero stars if it would accept post.
Nov 03, 2024 · Rob HerveyThis is the worst vet. If you care about your pets don’t take them here. Horrible bedside manner. Lots of inexperienced, rotating doctors. Mixed up meds. You can get better answers from Google than paying for a doctor to not even look at your pet.
Dec 14, 2024 · Charlie KallenDr.B is absolutely fantastic. He genuinely cares about each patient. We've been going here for close to 10 yrs. His staff is loving, knowledgeable, and compassionate. My Penny girl just loves him and everyone at San Juan. Suzie is Penny's favorite tech.
